"I highly recommend this property. It’s a serviced apartment rather than a traditional hotel, so I had a few concerns at first, but the staff were as friendly and helpful as any 5-star hotel. At check-in, they helped me add the property on WeChat, which was a huge help—calling can be tricky for a foreigner, but with WeChat I could message anytime and get quick support. The view was fantastic. From my room, I could look out over May Fourth Square and relax at night while watching the building lights until 10 p.m. The living room table is large, so it was convenient to bring back takeout and enjoy different foods comfortably. Having two bathrooms was also incredibly convenient. Honestly, if you bring enough clothes, it feels like a place you could stay for a month with no problem. I paid more than usual because it was a holiday period, but I was very satisfied overall."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff welcomed me warmly the moment I arrived, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel both valued and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. "Our family (three adults) booked this hotel for the Labor Day holiday and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were extremely spacious and clean, and we got two corner rooms on high floors with fantastic views of the ocean and city. The room was appointed with comfy furniture, big TV, bathtub, and smart toilets. The insulation was good, there were no sound issues. The hotel also had food delivery robots which are always fun! We ate at the breakfast buffet daily which had many options (the best tasting ones were Chinese foods, including the noodle bar) and was very popular with the hotel guests, in fact getting there after 8 am made it hard to find a table sometimes. At breakfast is where we noticed the hotel seems to be very popular with families with young kids. In terms of location, we were close to the city center, so many sites were walkable. There’s an extensive subway system that extends to beach and mountain, and didis / taxis were easy to get. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thank you for a great stay!"

UUtente ospiteDefinitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

33500****La posizione è molto comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto. La stanza è molto piccola e non mi piace molto, ma le strutture sono OK. Quando sono arrivato in hotel alle 11:30 di sera, non potevo fumare all'aperto, si diceva che fosse troppo tardi, l'edificio VIP era completamente chiuso e ho dovuto chiedere la chiave alla guardia di sicurezza. Non è consentito fumare in camera e la reception non fornisce fiammiferi o accendini, i fumatori sono un po' tristi. Nel complesso, la posizione è molto buona, gli altri sono nella media.
