"I always enjoy my stay here. The hotel is connected to the airport terminal by a walkway so it's easy to get to and from the airport. The room is big and the hotel is clean. The staff can speak English and are very helpful. I got a free room upgrade when I checked in. The view from the room is interesting as you can see the planes taking off. The room has good sound proofing, so the sound of the airplanes taking off is very minimal. Rooms come fully equipped with toiletries. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"It’s an iconic hotel, but very dated even down to the hotel doorman costume. Aside from the carpet, everything else was great about the room. The price is very reasonable for the location (close to railway and seaside!) and room. Incredible views. Housekeeping gentleman on floor 5 was the kindest and friendliest staff member, and unfortunately we found the rotating restaurant staff to be the least friendly or helpful (both breakfast and dinner). They do have baby dining utensils and sets and chairs available at the restaurant."

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"we enjoyed our stay here. it’s great location with amazing services and staffs. just 5 mins walking distance to the mixc mall. their breakfast is various with loads of style. if it last to 10 am in weekdays will be the best. the hotel is almost perfect and highly recommended except the shower water pressure is low, and no air-condition in winter. you have to open the window for air circulation. this is little bit weird ;( our families loved this hotel anyways."

"The room was clean, spacious, and free from any unpleasant odors. It featured three large beds, making it very comfortable for groups or families. The vanity area and sink were well-designed, with sufficient lighting that made it convenient for getting ready. A standout feature was the bedside control panel, which allowed all the lights in the room to be managed from one place—very practical and user-friendly. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is helpful for early arrivals or late departures. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Additionally, there are washing machines and dryers available for guest use, adding extra convenience for longer stays. Overall, a very comfortable and well-equipped stay with great service."

"The location is superb, right behind the MixC shopping mall and Ole shopping on the right size after exiting from the hotel. The metro station is also very close. There are 2 branches of 7/11 nearby. The room size is pretty big and well equipped with all amenities provided (including the detergent for washing machine). The air conditioning which could switch between air con and heater."

AAaron IUn hotel di transito solido. Un metro fermo dalla stazione North Qingdao (che va direttamente all'aeroporto - per questo sono rimasto qui). Buona colazione, molti buoni ristoranti intorno, così come un grande supermercato. Il servizio è stato buono e utile (anche se non c'è inglese). In generale, sono soddisfatto della scelta. E mi fermerò di nuovo.

This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. One of the hotel’s strongest advantages is its location. Being situated close to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers or those with early departures or late arrivals. The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress. The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This time, for two days, I tried the double-bed room with a table and a large window, and it is really excellent for the price. The room is extremely clean and has all the basic amenities such as a shower, dental kit, and towels. One small difference is that instead of traditional cloth towels, they provide disposable paper-fiber towels. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust.
