Hotel Atour a Qingdao

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Many food joints are near by..value for money

very close to the station and the may fourth square. the hotel was clean and nice. i always recommend atour in china!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and while there were some great aspects, a few major issues affected my experience. Positives: • Comfortable Bedding: The mattress, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. • Convenient Location: The hotel is within walking distance of the sea and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. • Helpful Staff: The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. • Breakfast Options: A good mix of Chinese and Western cuisine was available. Negatives: • Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning only provides heating, with no option for cold air. Even when set to a cooler temperature, the system remains in auto mode with a fixed degree, making the room uncomfortably warm. We had to rely on the stand fan provided to avoid sweating while sleeping. • Bathroom Odors: The ventilation system seems to circulate second-hand smoke, likely from other guests smoking in their bathrooms. At times, the air carried either cigarette smoke or urine odors, which were very unpleasant. Keeping the door closed helped slightly, but housekeeping would leave it open after cleaning, causing the room to smell bad upon returning. Overall, I would consider staying with this hotel brand again, but not at this particular branch due to the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation issues. The service from the front desk was good, but these factors significantly impacted my stay.

Very clean hotel for amazing value. This hotel could easily beat 5 star well known international hotels because of how modern, clean and friendly the staff are. We had lots of luggage and the staff even helped us to escort our luggage to the taxi. And they even gave us suggestions on where to eat. Would highly recommended this branch and the staff definitely one of the key reasons why I would book this hotel again !!!!! (Picture below is the suggestion from staff)

Situazione dell'hotel è diagonalmente nel centro commerciale di ferro est e si deve camminare un po' dalla stazione ferroviaria Fushanguo nel centro commerciale in ostaggio Non è un edificio alto, quindi non c'è vista, la stanza e il bagno erano puliti e la pulizia della signora era molto amichevole. Era una prenotazione per due camere, ma c'era un problema da controllare di nuovo perché era doppio, ma il personale era amichevole La colazione era locale e non variabile, ma deliziosa e menu E' cambiato ogni giorno. Non ho mai visto i coreani, e la maggior parte di loro erano cinesi. Se cammini dall'hotel alla 54 piazza, è un luogo di spettacolo. Il centro commerciale Ion East è anche pieno di sentimenti locali, così si può visitare e negoziare. - Bene.
