Pulse Grande hotel Putrajaya is located near Attractions point like Secret garden,tangga Putrajaya steps,is a plus for me.this is the reason I choose to stay here.the staffs are helpful and polite.Check in very fast.room is big and very near to swimming pool.Didn’t take the breakfast but it’s look delicious.Will try it next time when stay again this hotel.Free parking too.

Had a pleasant short stay. Check in was smooth and being upgraded to garden view. Spacious room, comfy bed and clean bathroom.room service order is convenient just need to scan qr. Food was good. Will definitely come again.

The room is spacious, clean but got bites by bed bug that cause me cant sleep whole nite. Secret garden just infront from my room

The room is comfortable, neat, and tidy. The room service is poor; while we requested to send us some mineral water, unfortunately the room service asked us to pay for the mineral water. While we were agreeing to pay them, no one came to send us mineral water as per request before. The car park is quite far away from the hotel. Although hotel transportation is provided, it is not available all the time. While we checked out at 12 p.m., there was no hotel transportation available in front of the lobby. Thus, we need to carry our luggage into the car park by ourselves along the road that is quite far away. The receptionist was also not so welcomed. During the time we checked out, the receptionist was sitting at the counter; however, she was looking down and taking some time to respond to us.

Clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is good, many choices. Room is nice and clean. Swimming pool I view is great.

All staff were very good, accommodative and friendly. The food for the breakfast buffet was good as well.

Warmth n smooth check in n out.. The room is spacious n big.. Nice n beautiful lobby n surrounding area.. I requested Park View room but regrettably my room was facing canopy..

Amazing view, very clean hotel. They provide golf cart transport service from parking lot to hotel lobby. Actually not tat far but walk uphill which is amazing. Breakfast can be improved but not expensive. Overall is a very nice 5 stars hotel & value for price. Excellent putrajaya steps behind the hotel.

It was a short trip. I had visited the hotel before the pandemic, but this time it felt different, likely because they have upgraded their facilities. My room was huge and overlooked the park. The only downside was that the toilet bowl was a bit dirty. Breakfast was good, mostly local food. I’ll definitely come back again. I love jogging around the hotel; it’s very quiet, hilly, and nice.

The place is a little bit ancient but maintenance quite ok. Breakfast selection and changes can be improved.

This is nice nature place for couple or partner to relax The breakfast & dinner set was good The distance to Putrejaya MRt was near ,just the grab only RM9 The Garden was beautiful

Spacious room.. Classic design.. Comfortable bed n pillow.. Bath tub available.. Shower room bit tight.. Clean.. Mini fridge available.. Basic amenities is available.. Buggy is available to and from car park.. Lovely swimming pool.. Gym quite small with limited equipments.. Tasty breakfasttttt..

Such a cozy environment with a very top notch service and perfect breakfast.

I love it, a spacious room. It is good for those who want to work trom the hotel. The room have desk and chair for you to do some work done and write. The garden view and greenery from the workspace is a peace. 😍 The best about this hotel is a bathtub and greenery views, create a peace of my mind.
