Hotel con parcheggio a Punta Cana

Sono stata in questo posto 5 volte , ogni volta rimango stupita dalla qualità di tutto , sono molto organizzati, simpatici , amichevoli. Ogni volta che sono stata ho avuto qualche mia problema personale , o ho dimenticato la sciarpa ho le scarpe , loro solo mi hanno aiutato a ritrovarli. Questa volta il nostro assistente di fiducia e stato Oliver De La Cruz , ci ha aiutato moltissimo, nell aeroport hanno perso il bagaglio di mio fidanzato, Oliver ha presso la situazione nelle sue mani , e alla fine come sempre grazie alla sua volontà di aiutarci abbiamo ritrovato . Le ragazze di coco cafe molto gentilissime. Alla fine non c’è una cosa che non va in questo posto , io non so come fanno ad essere così tutti organizzati , ma veramente tutto lo staff e sempre pronto per aiutarti con quello che hai bisogno. Un grande abbraccio a tutti , e spero di ritornare a Dicembre.❤️

Questo viaggio è stato fantastico. Il resort era bellissimo e facile da navigare. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e la posizione è isolata e tranquilla. La spiaggia è bellissima, il cibo era delizioso, le bevande erano meravigliose. Tutto il personale era davvero cordiale e il servizio era generalmente ottimo. Ci sono molte opzioni vegane e vegetariane, il che è stato fantastico! Tutti gli eventi sono stati davvero piacevoli e nel complesso è stata una vacanza davvero rilassante e memorabile! Un saluto al direttore delle attività Miki per aver reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale!

We are Grand Palladium members and this resort is not a typical one of their resorts. The resort itself is very modern and very nice and very near the airport. The beach and pool including the pool bar are nice. However the resort has a very limited selection of restaurants. In fact there is only really 3 although they say it’s 4. Either way there is only 1 open at night. The sports bar opens at 6pm and no food. So much for watching football on Sundays. The other bar is the lobby bar. For us the music from the pool bar is way too loud. Honestly we felt this resort is for a younger crowd. The saving grace of the resort is the staff. They are first class and very friendly especially the restaurant staff, the lobby bar staff and our butler Carlos.

Il nostro soggiorno in Aria senza Respirazione era incredibile; la stanza era grande, il cibo era delizioso, ma tutta l'esperienza è stata presa in cima dal nostro concierge VIP, Pablo. Abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel e ristoranti di alta qualità in tutto il mondo, ma non ci siamo mai sentiti così sicuro e confortevole come abbiamo fatto a respirazione. Abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio di testo dal nostro VIP ogni giorno su cosa accadrebbe sulla proprietà e quando. Ci fu detto anche molte volte se avessimo qualche problema per farlo sapere, se volevamo avere qualche esperienza o vedere qualche spettacolo, egli poteva collegare i punti con tutto, e ci sentivamo come celebrità, e per questo abbiamo avuto un viaggio sorprendente.

Sanctuary Cap Cana in Punta Cana is a wonderful resort that provides breathtaking views from many rooms! I was there to celebrate a friend’s 15 year anniversary and their vow renewal! The room the couple had was located in the castle and it had a private infinity pool with ocean views! Another person in our group had a Villa and they were assigned a butler…his name is Carlos and he was FANTASTIC! He assisted the entire group and the way he was able to arrange transportation; food and drinks for the group was skillful and was beyond going the extra mile- he should give course on customer service to organizations! The grounds were beautifully manicured and exceptionally clean! The beach bar and Love bar did a great job at providing drinks in a quick manner! The restaurants were great…breakfast had some many options! My favorite restaurant was the Asian fusion…so flavorful! The best part of the customer service provided by the resort was the golf cart transportation that was available to transport you if needed to travel long distances within the resort! I will definitely recommend Sanctuary Cap Cana and hope to return very soon!

La struttura meravigliosa molti ristoranti cibo buono, animazione buona e servizio in spiaggia ottimo molto gentile e ottimo servizio soprattutto Anderson Santana e Fernando Lea che sono sempre allegri e con molta voglia di servirti fanno il loro lavoro con passione Qui la noia non esiste.
