L'hotel a primo acchito sembra davvero raffinato, ma è quasi tutta apparenza. I letti sono molto comodi e la pulizia è ottima, va detto. Il problema sono le stanze. Le finestre danno sul corridoio, motivo per cui è impossibile il ricambio d'aria (al mattino ci siamo svegliati con il mal di testa per l'aria viziata, che oltre 3000 metri non è proprio raccomandata). Anche il bagno ha una finestra sul corridoio con una tenda veneziana che non copre bene...dal corridoio ti possono vedere mentre cachi. Inmuti fanno passare ogni rumore...non c'è stato silenzio mai durante la notte. Colazione nella media. Nulla di che. Insomma, tutte queste cose le avrei accettate di buon grado in un ostello semplice, ma non in un hotel che vuole passare per raffinato.

Service was great, workers were nice and very accommodating, hotel is centrally located close to eateries and right in the town center, great location. The room was comfortable in size and clean. It looks like they maintain the hotel had new paint. Will recommend to friends and family!

Very happy with this hotel. Stayed here a few days during our trip to Puno. The staff was friendly, attentive, and most important, the rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable with room overlooking the Bay Area. Yes, they have alpacas cutting the grass lol. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Free WiFi. Hotel has a restaurant inside. We’re typically not hotel restaurant people, but we were forced to eat here the first night. We actually enjoyed it more than some of the restaurants we visited. The chefs did a fantastic job with the food. We voluntarily ate here one other time, tried different food, and it was still great! They have a bar, lots of drinks, wine, and beers. However, the mixed drinks were a little different story lol. Not much experience with mixed drinks from what we noticed. Still a comfy place to relax and have some drinks with great views. Highly recommend this hotel to stay and restaurant to eat at!
