Luxury at it's best! Fabulous stay in Pune at the best location. Staff, service and entire place was one of the best experiences on our 4 day's trip in Pune. After driving with a guide and flights it was a relief to spend 3 nights at this place. Everything was perfect.....service, food etc.

Room was clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. I had thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended :) Special mention to the following staff for making my dining experience absolutely amazing. They remembered my last night in the hotel and made sure to send me a complementary dessert. They didn’t have to do it but they did anyways. Of course, I cannot forget the surprise Pune snacks that she arranged for me. Such little gestures are the reason why if I came to Pune again, I will choose this hotel for my stay. Lemon Tree Hotel, City Center, Pune è stato costantemente il nostro alloggio preferito ogni volta che visitamo la città. Ogni volta che ci fermiamo qui, ci lasciamo sentire completamente rilassati e rigiovaniti. Il nostro soggiorno recente non era eccezione. Stavo a luglio con un amico in questo hotel. Siamo entrambe donne, stiamo cercando un hotel decente e abbiamo finito di prenotare questo hotel perché si trovano al centro di tutte le località di Pune. Il soggiorno è stato buono, ma durante il check-out è quando la ricezione ha iniziato a molestarci. Ci hanno dato un avviso alle 10, più tardi alle 10:50 e li abbiamo informati che potremmo check-out 30 minuti dopo (di solito ogni hotel dà un favore di 30-60mins in check-out). Queste persone hanno rifiutato e hanno detto che si pagheranno per un periodo di proroga di 30 minuti. Inoltre, il personale informato tutti i clienti stanno pagando un extra per un periodo di proroga di 30 minuti. Immagina, un hotel che non è disposto a prolungare il soggiorno per 30 minuti, e.e. check-out tardi. Ho soggiornato in ***y 4 e 5 stelle durante il mio soggiorno in altre città e non ho avuto questo tipo di comportamento in cui il personale continua a chiamare per l'uscita e rifiuta di prolungarsi per 30 minuti. Sono stato molto deluso di questo comportamento, non credo che rimarrò con loro. Sono davvero bisogno di lavorare sul loro comportamento, anche ad essere addestrato sul trattamento dei clienti, sul servizio clienti e come essere centro clienti.

Excellent reception, tasty and healthy food, hygienic spa, nice decor. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Few minor areas of improvement required. For example Room lock was defective, in room service food came without spoon and fork. Didn't face much problem due to supportive staff.

Ho fatto la mia base qui quando ho viaggiato per un matrimonio di amici. La mia prima volta in India! L'hotel era magnifico e soprattutto il tetto. Il trattamento spa era ben prezioso e molto rilassante. In generale il personale era anche molto utile. Io sono andato a novembre, l'hotel sembrava molto tranquillo. Non ho dato 5 stelle per la pulizia, perché ho visto qualche segno sulla finestra (che è piena lunghezza dal pavimento al tetto) ma in generale era un bel posto per riposare, mentre non esploravo :)
