Devo davvero dire che questa è stata la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto in un hotel.Quando sono venuto a Lombok per le vacanze, l'hotel ha emesso il suono delle rane di notte (puoi ascoltare il suono del mio video, il suono sentito in realtà è più forte del suono del cellulare (il più grande è più pesante), è dalle dieci di sera che cerco di dormire, e alla fine mi sono addormentato e sono stato svegliato dal suono delle rane una dopo l'altra un altro. Non ho resistito fino alle 3 del mattino. Ho contattato l'hotel, ma non c'è stata risposta, perché non hanno un numero di telefono interno, possono solo inviare messaggi tramite quale app, e poi Posso contattare Ctrip solo per rimborsare i giorni rimanenti, il servizio clienti Ctrip ha risposto rapidamente e ha cercato di aiutarmi a coordinarmi il più possibile, ma l'hotel ha rifiutato Dopo il check-out, non ho dormito per una notte e tutto il mio corpo è crollato. Pensando che non sarei ancora riuscito a dormire tutte le notti, ho soppesato i pro e i contro e alla fine mi sono trasferito allo Sheraton senza rimborsarmi la tariffa della camera. Ero qui per le vacanze. Di conseguenza, ero di cattivo umore. Le strutture di l'hotel era molto peggio di quelli mostrati nelle foto.Non erano affatto nuovi e la manutenzione non era molto buona.Volevo vedere la persona responsabile quando non sono riuscito a comunicare con la reception, ma mi è stato detto che è stato scomodo Quando ci siamo incontrati, semplicemente non volevo pagarmi la tassa di check-out. È molto frustrante incontrare questo genere di cose. Ho avuto una buona impressione di questo hotel. Anche il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta e il il cibo è delizioso, ma il personale di gestione è così scortese Il modo in cui viene gestito è inaccettabile

Great little place to stay with modern and clean rooms. Service from the staff was excellent. Would happily stay here again in future.

Everything is good, but they send us a bill before checkout. Luckily we have proofs that we do not consume those food, and it was the previous day checkout room bill, not from us. LOL!!

The stay at origin was just fantastic . The rooms are clean . Breakfast is excellent with just enough of everything . The pools are kept clean . Motor bike hire reasonable . Out of town so you need a bike to get around . Great stay at Original

The environment is very good, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.

Wat een teleurstelling en vergane glorie. Helaas viel het resort enorm tegen. Achterstallig onderhoud, smerig/beschimmeld beddengoed en beschimmelde badkamer deed ons schrikken. De foto's op de site zijn totaal niet meer representatief voor hoe de huidige staat van het overgrote deel ven het resort is. We verbleven in 2 verschillende kamers (2 & 29) em beide waren een grote teleurstelling. Personeel/management heeft een flinke weg te bewandelen voordat t resort weer een beetje fatsoenlijk is. Prijs/kwaliteit is dus meer dan ondermaats. Had graag een positieve review achter gelaten. Enige positieve is dat de moskee wat verder weg zit.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Kuta Lombok und dem Tajung Aan Beach. Wer nicht direkt im Trubel sein will sollte diese Unterkunft buchen :)

Geweldige mensen die heel behulpzaam zijn! Heerlijk rustige locatie. Super zwembad en echt heel zen.

Reading the other reviews, i live in indonesia for 9 years, food and beverage consulting HoReCa is my job, i stayed here 3 days and 2 nights ( i m cecking out now) and even if there is a lot of training to do, overall this is the best Facilitiy well organized close to Kuta Lombok. FOOD is fresh, ingredients available are FRESH and is the most important thing atm. Menu is Basic but very tasty on variable Mr Ferdy at the recpetion is a gentleman, Ricky at the bar is a legend, intertaining guests with proper english and proper sense of umor. Tips for the staff 😉: -not too much chatty chatty at the bar/restaurant area and LOUD lough when guests are Hanging out or working on line. -not too much push from the spa to guests to have a massage. They know what they want - not having normal milk at 930 Am breakfast time Saying " the supplier didnt delivery it" is not an exchuse, earlier in the Morning before breakfast time start, take the Cash and go to fresh market to buy fresh milk 😉💪 Tips for the management -install phones in the rooms Room service is extremely necessary in this scenario, relax, Hot beautiful Designed place It could increase your daily revenue and help guests to dont go to the bar to order something simple. - we could have a chat and discuss eventually of a staff general training with my corporate in Bali +393495319689 PACO whats app Kind reguards I ll be back for sure This place is beautiful with a lot of potential Could be perfect with some little adjust Still 5 star for the amazing effort the staff does #legends

I really loved this hotel and I will be back again on my next visit to Lombok! The ambience, the staff and the pool was perfect. I really enjoyed the food and they organised some trips for us as wel with a private driver. Can’t wait to explore more here!

one of the best decision for my family to stay in Lombok! all the spots are so beautiful, we have a lot of good pictures here! will definitely come back!
