I know this review is late, but better late than never! Staying here at the Sheraton back in June was such an amazing time! Everyone was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of us; the epitome of excellent customer service! Juan Rosas (he said we needed to provide his last name since there are many Juan’s at the resort), Erica, and Gabriel V. were truly awesome! They made us feel special every time we saw them. Thank you for making our trip to PV memorable, we can’t wait to come back!

L'hotel è sulla spiaggia, le camere sono grandi e confortevoli. Hanno l'uso della cucina e sono ben equipaggiate, ognuna gode di un bel terrazzo abitabile. Le migliori sono quelle con vista piscina. La nostra è risultata piuttosto rumorosa sia per il frigorifero sia a causa dei motori dell'aria condizionata dell'hotel vicino. In piscina c'è un buon servizio di intrattenimento e di pasti e bevande, negli orari di punta può risultare un pò lento. I ristoranti hanno una buona scelta di pasti, io ho preferito fra tutti il messicano; in famiglia hanno gradito anche The Market. La colazione è varia molto incentrata sui gusti americani e messicani. La pulizia delle camere è ben fatta, unica eccezione la poca fornitura di prodotti da bagno rispetto quanti occupano la camera, noi in 4 abbiamo dovuto centellinare lo shampoo. E altra pecca è che la pulizia nella nostra camera era sempre dopo le 5 di pomeriggio, mi è risultato un pò scomodo. Complessivamente buono il soggiorno!

A cercare di viaggiare con la famiglia? Molto raccomandato! Questo è un hotel di lusso con un ”boutique” viva e un servizio eccellente. Il buffet del colazione è uno dei migliori in PV (ha soggiornato a Sheraton, Westin). La piscina è ben mantenuta, la sala da letto per bambini è fantastica (Grazie Bibiana!). La proprietà è molto moderna, molto ben mantenuta, anche se le camere sono un po 'piccole. Ci siamo stati al Marriott a Cancun, anche, esperienza simile. Meglio ristorante di lusso in PV.

Perché ho scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel per il matrimonio, mi sento davvero bene.Il bagaglio completo di Cancun è più costoso, ma il servizio è buono.L'unica cosa che non va è che questo hotel non è grande, ma può prenotare un appuntamento per una cena di alto livello, in generale, è ancora buono. Se sei giovane, consiglia di vivere in una stanza, molto tranquilla e le strutture sono nuove.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! Do not go to this resort. It does not cater to international patrons or expectations. It is a resort for local families! BE WARNED! My wife and I booked this hotel, knowing that it was a 3/3.5 star resort, however when we arrived, we quickly learned it was closer to a 1 star resort. While the staff was courteous, outside of a few waiters no one spoke english. This made communication for the week very difficult. The room we stayed in, was absolutely brutal. The couches were so stained we didnt want to sit on them. The ceiling fan was falling was being held up by a power cord, the windows were tapped up, there were dust bunnies all over the floor, the table and chairs were from the 1970's, and were overly uncomfortable to sit at, and the ”clean bed sheets” had long coarse black hair all over them. The resort offers 1 buffet restaurant (NO CANADIAN OR AMERICAN FOOD). There looks to be a lot of different options, however they are the same options offered in two different locations. The food at the buffet was sub par and so unappetizing to look at. They also had a ”snack shack”. The pictures online show that it offers pizza, hot dogs and hamburgers. There is no pizza. The hamburgers are deep fried, and unfortunately that is the best food on the resort. There is an a la carte restaurant, but we didnt go as you needed to have pants to enter, and my boys and i didnt bring any to mexico. The pool(s) are small. The same size pool you would have in your backyard. Hardly enough space to swim in, or frolic around in. There is a door for a ”kids club”, but it was locked the entire week we were there. The website, and ******* show that there should be some sort of entertainment in the evenings. This is false, there is no evening entertainment. It is a locals resort. We were the only Canadian/American people in the whole resort. Dont get me started on the beach (or lack there of), you cant go in the water because of the undertow. It was bad, it was all bad. Not as advertised. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Recently stayed here as we were looking a less expensive all inclusive resort. Stay far away! It was disgusting! Pay the extra hundreds and go to a place that you won't catch a disease. Remember we got there at 8pm...and left at noon the next day....these concerns were all from our short stay. • Had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. We watched others have their bags taken to their rooms and we were told they were unable to do so. • When we arrived in the hallway to our room, the lights were completely off. We were in complete darkness and had to use our phones to find the room number. • Tried to open the door and the key cards didn’t work. We went back to exchange keys. • Tried to open the door and the key cards didn’t work for a second time. We went back to exchange the keys. • A maintenance worker came up because they front desk staff assumed we were doing it incorrectly. They had to open the door for us. • He returned ½ hour later with only one key, instead of two. • Our safe had been previously been broken into. We asked them to exchange it which they agreed, but they never did. We ended up having to carry all of our valuable every where we went. • There was mold on the drapes and the wall. • The beds only had sheets and horrible small pillows. • We went for dinner. I was given utensils that were dirty. The tables clothes were stained. I asked for another fork and was told just to grab it from a table. No idea if they were clean. • The smoking area was disgusting. Used cups filled with cigarettes. Nothing clean. • The next day we were waiting to check out and the drink hut caught on fire. They used a fire extinguisher and white silt covered the pool and all of us sitting near the pool. After that there was no electricity so no blender drinks or music. PS - this was also booked through Red Tag and West Jet Vacations - Pelicanos refused any refund for our trip.
