Molto vicino all'attrazione, vicino al mercato notturno di Gulou. Gli hotel sono puliti, il colazione è stato eccellente con molte scelte. Il personale dell'hotel è stato amichevole e utile. L'unica preoccupazione è che ci hanno dato una stanza di fumo, perché abbiamo prenotato una stanza non fumatori, hanno immediatamente scambiato le camere per noi. L'hotel dispone di lavastoviglie per gli abitanti liberi di usare. In generale, molto impressionante per il servizio e buona qualità, camera pulita

La camera dell'hotel è ampia e igienica.L'atteggiamento del servizio è entusiasta e deve essere richiesto.C'è un lavandino, vicino al grande supermercato, e c'è anche il giardino.I frutti di mare possono essere acquistati in loco, lavorati gratuitamente.Con un punteggio completo 💯

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

La camera era pulita e la vista era proprio bella come ci aspettavamo. La conoscenza dell'inglese da parte del personale è molto limitata, ma la comunicazione funziona perché tutti si impegnano al massimo :-) Quando hai un problema, 4 persone cercano di risolverlo. L'aria condizionata nella nostra camera non funzionava (nemmeno il frigorifero) e noi e il personale abbiamo impiegato circa 1-2 ore in totale, ma non siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema. Il giorno dopo ci hanno riprovato e alla fine abbiamo cambiato camera. La palestra è fantastica, ma credo sia esterna, quindi bisogna portare il proprio asciugamano altrimenti fanno pagare 20 RMB (ma in Cina nessuno usa gli asciugamani). Chiude anche alle 20:30, il che è un peccato. La colazione è discreta, ma finisce alle 9:30, che è anche piuttosto presto o.O Si può raggiungere a piedi il tempio Zhongyue, ci sono piccoli ristoranti nei dintorni e la vista è fantastica, quindi abbiamo apprezzato la posizione. L'aspetto migliore dell'hotel è la cordialità del personale.

I came here to recover and relax on my own. I had a Beautiful moonlight Apartment. The Service was Great. Since I had trouble breathing with dry heating air, I asked for a humidifier. They immediatly organized one 🙏🙏 my recovery was so fast. I just spend the day within this Apartment and my own privat hot spring in this cute Garden. I had everything for a tea ceremony and they provided every day fruits and wine. They even helped me organize Food delivery to the Room. The Food in the Restaurant was very healthy and delicious. It was nice to have a very private Place to calm down. I probably Will come back.

La signorina e la sorella della reception sono molto bravi. La casa è abbastanza per un aggiornamento. Il piccolo giardino è molto felice che la maggior parte delle piante non siano cresciute ora.

Quest'anno non ho fatto foto ai bambini per puro svago)

very nice hotel located close to longmen grotto. tranquil environment with great hot springs in room. best of all is the hospitality of the host and staff who graciously took great care of me during my stay. highly recommended.
