Abbiamo trascorso qui di recente alcune notti e, nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza discreta. La pulizia dell'hotel era buona, anche se ho notato che le sedie nella nostra stanza avrebbero bisogno di un aspirapolvere, poiché presentavano alcune macchie scure. Inoltre, l'odore della stanza potrebbe essere migliorato per creare un'atmosfera più accogliente all'arrivo. Il lato positivo è che ho adorato il materasso e il piumone; hanno reso il sonno molto confortevole. La posizione è un grande vantaggio, trovandosi proprio di fronte al centro commerciale, rendendo facile l'accesso ai negozi e ai ristoranti. Il personale è stato generalmente gentile e accomodante, anche se ho trovato il cameriere al ristorante un po' timido. Sembrava non avere capacità comunicative, poiché non salutava i clienti o sorrideva, il che ha sminuito l'esperienza complessiva. Penso che potrebbe trarre beneficio da un po' di formazione aggiuntiva sul servizio clienti. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, sebbene fosse buono, ho ritenuto che i prezzi fossero un po' alti considerando la qualità tipica e le dimensioni delle porzioni. In sintesi, sebbene non sia un hotel di lusso, offre un soggiorno dignitoso con sistemazioni confortevoli e una buona posizione. Ha solo bisogno di qualche miglioramento nella pulizia, nell'atmosfera e nella formazione del servizio per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti. Ho apprezzato il tocco premuroso di ricevere penne al momento del pagamento :)

Questo è un posto davvero brutto. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno, il personale e sono persone assolutamente disgustose. Il proprietario dell'appartamento è una persona assolutamente disgustosa. Consiglierei a chiunque di non affittare questo posto

Era bello che Robinson Mall fosse vicino. Tuttavia, è stato un po' scomodo perché le strutture erano vecchie.

The water shower is v small like dripping water only. But the location is good as it is opposite Robinson which is meeting point for some tours. They do have airport transfer but need to book in advance

Just okay. If you’re looking for somewhere to rest I suggest you find another place. It’s close to the highway and is pretty much noisy all the time. In addition to that, the housing cleaning staff are also VERY NOISY. They start working very early in the morning and I know this by the loud chatter in the hallway every single morning. At random times throughout the night you’ll also hear hear loads of outbursts as well. Just very noisy, almost no peace. Breakfast was okay. The receptionist, the server and the driver were quite nice

Nice and clean. Room gets a little noisy from the road traffic early in the morning. Pool was NOT working.

My bed was sooo big it would fit 4 people😅 Room was clean and all amenities work. Had a swim on my last night and I had the pool all to myself😍 Staff were courteous and helped me with my way around the city. Staff at the dining area where I had breakfast were also nice and helpful. Location wise, its in front of a mall(where I bought some personal things and had dinner), near a spa(where I had a sauna and massage), and 5-10mins walk from our seminar venue. It was also near the airport, 5-10mins multicab ride. So it was a very convenient place. All in all, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

The room I secured for a small price exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and relaxation. One notable highlight is the hotel's strategic location just outside Robinsons Place Palawan. This convenience allowed me to easily access shopping and dining options without hassle. The proximity to the airport further adds to the hotel's appeal, making it a practical choice for travelers with late arrivals or early departures. Now, addressing the minor drawbacks. I did notice the absence of a spoon in the room, despite the presence of cutlery and complementary coffee. Additionally, the fridge in the room had a slight issue with closing properly. While these details are worth mentioning, they did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience I had at Holiday Suites Palawan. In conclusion, Holiday Suites Palawan offers a fantastic balance of affordability, comfort, and convenience. Despite the minor room quirks, the value for money and the hotel's strategic location easily warrant a 5-star rating. I would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay in Palawan.
