Il posto è riposto dalla strada principale che è bello. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Il letto era molto comodo. Il WiFi era buono. Ho avuto mango per colazione ogni mattina. Erano molto buoni. La decorazione era un po' cucina. Ho soggiornato in due camere diverse e una ha certamente bisogno di più aggiornamento di quella seconda. Una cosa di base come la lampada di luce rotta (1 su 2 nel tetto) avrebbe dovuto essere notata prima che ogni ospite accettesse. L'unica denuncia che ho riguarda i tour che mi hanno “venduto” dopo la prenotazione. Il direttore delle vendite mi ha inviato un'e-mail con diversi nomi di tour e nessuna descrizione o spiegazione. Ho cercato di ricerche e ho deciso di prenotare 2 tour con l'hotel, perché volevo pagare con carta di credito sul conto dell'hotel, quindi non dovevo trasportare così tanto denaro. Il ricevitore non aveva alcun record di tutte le visite che ho prenotato. Il manager di vendita non ha mai prenotato le visite, anche se ho ricevuto un'e-mail che mi diceva che tutte le visite erano state confermate. Fortunatamente, il ricevitore poteva prenotare le visite per me alle 11:00. Tutto ciò ha creato stress che non avevo bisogno all'inizio delle vacanze. Poi mi sono presentato con la fattura per le visite per il pagamento in contanti. Mi sono chiesto cosa gli altri che si sono recati e mi sono stato pagato un premio del 25%. Ho detto all'hotel che per quel premio potevano prendere il pagamento con carta di credito. Non molto. Solo sgradevole.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, lage ensuing room, excellent shower. Loved the very large balcony area and gardens. Excellent breakfasts. Lovely helpful staff. Very easy to hail an inexpensive trike to go anywhere from just outside. Easy to get to a few hotels nearby that offer day passes to use bar resturants and pools. The pool here we did not use as its totally inside - great if you want a proper lengths swim. The gardens here are beautiful. Highly recommend for a very reasonably price comfortable accommodation in Peurto Princessa. The staff can easily book trips if you want.

UUtente ospiteLa camera era spaziale ma scarsamente luminosa. I punti di accesso erano così liberi che era difficile caricare il mio telefono o tenere tutto collegato. La colazione inclusa non era grande. Il wifi era così debole il mio telefono americano scarsamente collegato funzionava meglio la maggior parte delle volte senza di esso. La palestra che affermano di avere una moto di allenamento e alcuni pesi, quindi non hanno una palestra. Questo è un grosso errore. Ho usato il desk front per prenotare un furgone per el Nido e mi è stato detto che includeva un calo al mio hotel a El Nido. Non è stato. Non solo, ma il loro tipo di carrozza ha chiesto il pagamento per portarmi lì e per il giro di ritorno, anche se volevo pagare una volta che hanno rispettato il loro obbligo e mi hanno effettivamente raccolto e, naturalmente, non lo hanno fatto e ho dovuto ottenere un altro carro. Servizio. Non c'è nessuno in questo hotel.

At such an affordable price, we enjoyed a luxurious experience, a spacious room with a balcony, stylish design, fantastic amenities, complimentary gifts from the hotel, a bathtub, and much more! Additionally, our room reservation included a delightful buffet breakfast at no extra cost. Not to mention, the hotel staff were exceedingly polite and courteous. Upon check-in, one of their staff members even escorted us to our rooms, providing information about the restaurant, gym, and relevant timings. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future!

Il condizionatore d'aria è sottodimensionato e ha un divario di luce del giorno intorno. Il frigorifero è inutile perché il circuito elettrico si chiude quando si lascia la stanza. Chi vuole tornare da un viaggio e prendere una bevanda calda dal rif? Il buffet per colazione è molto intelligente. Hanno inviato un segnale che vi chiedeva di conservare l'acqua, ma non includevano nemmeno i fauci che risparmiano acqua o le teste di doccia. E poi ci sono stati i bug. Se avessi saputo che stanno offrendo ”Rate orarie”, avrei evitato questo posto.

DDaniel DavidCitadel (il nome di uno dei proprietari) è probabilmente il ”meglio per il denaro” mini-situ in Puerto Princesa! La mia camera aveva un letto re, era comoda e comprendeva TV satellitare, un'area frigorifera e un bacino. Le aree di una piscina sono pulite, pulite e sembrano grandi. La piscina è fantastica per una dimensione di proprietà. Anche se la Citadel è situata 1.5km lontano da una delle strade principali e il Robinson's Mall ci sono piccoli negozi di cibo vicino per esigenze di base. È facile ottenere un triciclo dalla strada vicino alla proprietà per poco a poco in qualsiasi parte della zona di Porto. Chieda a uno dei locali quale dovrebbe essere il prezzo per il luogo che vuoi andare.
Francois e Citadel, i proprietari sono molto carini e utili.
BONUS TIP: Just up the road (north) to the left is a food store and coffee on the right side of the road. Inside is a dental office run by Dr Joy Zapanta. She offers a full range of dental services. Let's start with the positives. The price-point of this hotel is truly commendable, offering exceptional value for money. I found myself in need of a last-minute stay due to a late arrival at the airport, and Holiday Suites Palawan proved to be the perfect solution. The room I secured for a small price exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and relaxation.
One notable highlight is the hotel's strategic location just outside Robinsons Place Palawan. This convenience allowed me to easily access shopping and dining options without hassle. The proximity to the airport further adds to the hotel's appeal, making it a practical choice for travelers with late arrivals or early departures.
Now, addressing the minor drawbacks. I did notice the absence of a spoon in the room, despite the presence of cutlery and complementary coffee. Additionally, the fridge in the room had a slight issue with closing properly. While these details are worth mentioning, they did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience I had at Holiday Suites Palawan.
In conclusion, Holiday Suites Palawan offers a fantastic balance of affordability, comfort, and convenience. Despite the minor room quirks, the value for money and the hotel's strategic location easily warrant a 5-star rating. I would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay in Palawan.

We were coming off a 7 hr drive from El Nido and had another 7 hrs until our flight to Manila. We used the room for a quick nap and shower and it served its purpose. Room was clean and AC was cold. Shower pressure was average but no hot water.
I went to eat at their dining room and the first three times the waiter took my order he came back to tell me it was unavailable. At that point I’d just asked him to give me the list of what’s available and I’ll choose. They had rib tips and rice and it wasn’t too bad. All staff were friendly as well.

GGeorgios95Total result was okay,the ladies was very friendly and polite,the room missing a lot of stuff though like there was a lot of things missing.no fridge no tv the only thing was available was a bed, 2 pillows,a tiny cover for night , 2 shower towels and a small closet enough for your bag.dont leave food at the room there will be eaten by ants as area has a problem with them,also killed a cockroach 😀
Soo if you have issues with insects it's not recommended for you...the price is very very cheap though but sometimes it's better comfort for money...and better lock your door cause there was an incident where there came people opened the door and wanted to bless the room,we was chilling in bed and forgot to lock 😂
Overall it's budget friendly but I would recommend it only if you are really short on budget...

La piscina era fantastica.
La cena era buona
Il personale era eccellente.
Il sole era davvero buono. L'hotel torna direttamente sulla spiaggia. La nuoto è dura nel mare cuz a bassa tempesta, l'acqua si riduce a 100 o così metri di distanza. ma la piscina è buona.
L'unico sito reale che ho trovato è stato il fiume Underground, quindi Puerto Princess è buono per un soggiorno di 3 giorni.

SSheganda’s Travelogue!Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel dal 20 al 24 giugno 2022! Ho prenotato inizialmente una stanza che poteva cater 3 pax (2adulti & 1 bambino (10). Quando arrivamo li non potevano trovare la mia prenotazione e contattato trip.com! Finally they’re able ro recuperare it but room was too small and said could only accommodate 2pax, Altrimenti possono mettere una materassi extra! Anche una materassi è messo, la stanza sarebbe troppo piena. Così ho controllato la mia migliore opzione e questo è cambiare in un'altra stanza. Ho contattato trip.com su questo e sono stati molto dispiaciuti per la confusione di alloggio in camera e hanno offerto una compensazione per la tassa di materassi extra! 😅
Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, il cibo era buono anche se per riempire l'acqua è CARICATO!! 500 ml di acqua bottiglia è 10 pesos, non lo ricevo, dovrebbe essere gratis! 😅 Il prezzo del pasto per colazione pensavo potesse essere inferiore e il servizio in camera quotidiana dovrebbe essere un must!
