Very clean hotel with excellent customer service..front desk staff are really good.. breakfast has lots of options buffet style from 6 am.. There is a pancake house across the road and a shopping mall beside the hotel also a roof top pool with gym.on 5th floor..in room massage offered..lifts are fast and clean..we stayed for 4 nights and then decided to extend for another 4 nights through trip.com..would recommend this hotel for sure..

Even it’s a short getaway it’s worth, amenities is good Staff are very friendly and accommodating, friendly and very courteous. foods are excellent super delicious especially the lumpia and sinuglaw mango shake we love it. Thank you to the chef and all the staff Sir Jay, checking in counter Ragine and Izzy…ladies you’re superb 👍 Thank you and till we meet again

Our stay at Hue Hotel Puerto Princesa City was fantastic. The facilities, including the fitness room, massage room, and swimming pool, were excellent. While our room was clean, there were no rags for the wet floor. The food was also delightful. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel was located near a big mall which is very convenient. The room was cozy and clean. The buffet style breakfast served at the hotel was nice and the tour was amazing as well. By the way, the roof top swimming pool was just so so.

We stay at the Hue hotel for a few days. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, next to a mall, pancake house and other places that we used. We will definitely stay here for our next stay.

food is very limited, (breakfast buffet) staff were okay very good location 5 mins walk to the mall 5 minutes drive to airport all in all good stay

Location was fantastic - 10 min drive from airport and close to a mall for food, massage and supermarket as well. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. All tours were also picked up and send to hotel. Pool area was my favourite at the rooftop and a glass wall. Highly recommend.

room too small for 2 twin beds. Wished for king bed not available. Bed was no and difficult to get up from. We almost fell on the edge of the bed getting out. Did not like soap, body shampoo,conditioner in fixed container. They didnt smell good. We would prefer separte face soap andeach shower body sop, shmpoo nd condition in separate containers. Slippers could be a better non slip quality on tiled room. Breakfast buffet can use a lot of improvement. It would help if you had some traditional meats like bacon and ham. Also at least two or three more cheese selections. Lobby room needs more cooling systems to mke it comfortable while we are waiting during checkin and checking out or waiting for tour guides and transport. Your shining asset was your courteous and approachable service and desk staff.

The hygiene is very poor, and there are still small cockroaches on the table
