Very welcoming reception staff. Room clean and comfortable. Unfortunately on this occasion I had no hot water in my room, so a very quick freezing shower!. Good location and free parking.

Was ok but their was dogs running around off the leads witch was ok but some people are allergic and afraid even if their is kids about not good

Nothing to say just an average road side hotel

You need to go through a narrow path to get to the hotel from train station. Luggage storage is free. The pressure of the bath and toilet water is low.

Good location for city centre, all good

A well located very comfortable Hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Well laid out lounge next to Reception with a bar and where breakfast was served and also had a snooker table. A nice touch which in the present economic situation, many Hotels would have ceased doing, was the daily chocolate mints

The room smelt bad

Nice pet friendly hotel. Close to grocery stores and shopping mall. 30mins drive to chatsworth house.

Very pleasant and helpful staff excellent location . Ironing facilities a little basic but as expected. Will definitely stay again as very convenient and central for sightseeing and shopping

Went into the room and it smelled nice, say on the bed and it’s far from comfortable. Get one flimsy flat pillow each. Get a hand towel and bath towel for two people. My friend went and asked for a couple more and they got aggravated and started tutting. The toilet roll is flimsy.
