Il hotel è immacolato, le aree sono molto ben mantenute, le camere sono senza spazi, le piscine sono pulite e il ristorante è stato mantenuto ad un alto livello di pulizia. I nostri bambini (7 e 5) hanno avuto una settimana fantastica, sono andati al club dei bambini poche volte e hanno davvero goduto, sono andati al mini disco ogni notte a 8.15pm e hanno goduto il divertimento serale. La mia unica piccola critica è che hanno una danza per bambini al 10.30 Dopo il divertimento serale, che è molto tardi, penso che sarebbe meglio fare questo prima che il show serale comincia al 9.30pm, perché c'è un guaio tra il mini disco e lo show, Così tantissimo tempo per fare la danza alle 9:00. Il cibo era delizioso, sempre una buona selezione. Siamo vegetariani, e in generale sempre trovato abbastanza da mangiare. I capi erano molto utili a consigliare cosa era vegetariano e cosa non era se non era chiaro. Le bevande sull'IA sono state una selezione buona e decente. Perfetto luogo per noi, vicino all'aeroporto così breve tempo di trasferimento, e bel resort tranquillo, ma ancora una buona selezione di negozi e caffè vicino, ma senza la bustina di Puerto Del Carmen (che è a 40 minuti a piedi) Un piccolo grippo era il controllo in tempo, siamo arrivati appena dopo le 3:00, circa 7 o 8 persone davanti a noi e ci hanno preso bene oltre un'ora. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile, ma ci ha voluto troppo tempo, e la coda dietro di noi aveva aspettato circa dieci anni, così quei poveri avrebbero aspettato gli anni!

So nearly a 5* review. Just returned from this beautiful hotel after a 10 day stay and a brilliant holiday. Peurto del Carmen is lovley. Something for everyone. The Positives. The pool, hotel, chill out balcony, views are just amazing. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast area and food cannot be faulted. The breakfast/bar staff are amazing too. Had a couple of lunches here as too from the snack menu and responsibly priced. 4 euro a pint of beer 2 euro for a coffee. Sun beds were easy to obtain. I think they have put more in since other reviewers had complained about lack of them. The negatives, and this should not put you off coming but it is why i cannot give it a 5* review. On arrival you are told that if you want to use the safe its now 4 euro a day this has increased from 3 euro a day. So that would have been 40 euro then for us. If if you want WiFi in your room its 2 euro a day. So before they give you a room key they wanted 60 euro off me. Not a chance. This should be provided for free in a 4* Hotel. Luckily i had read previous reviews so bought a lock for my case and topped up my data before i came. Also if you have a late return flight they will find you room to have a shower but again only if you pay 30 euro until 3pm or 40 euro after this. Come on !! Surely you can find a room that people can spend 20 mins in to have a quick shower and a change of clothes before a long journey home. Other Hotels provide time slots for this. We ended up getting changed in the lobby toilets which to be fair were big enough for it not to be a problem. Overall the positives by far outweighed the nagatives, and i would deffinatley stay here again.

Siamo stati a metà ottobre per una settimana in questo hotel fronte mare sulla passeggiata che porta al centro di Puerto del Carmena. E' stata una vacanza fantastica iniziando dalla bella camera sempre pulita, al ristorante, dove abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, c' è di tutto e di più, non ti puoi lamentare. Anche la formula all inclusive merita nonostante gli alcoolici non siano di marca. L'hotel è immenso, diviso in due blocchi da un un lungo ponte. La nostra camera era nel blocco lontano dalla zona reception e ristorante, quindi dovevamo attraversare il ponte, ma non è stato un problema perché dopo tutto quello che si mangiava e si beveva, ci ha fatto bene camminare un po'....L'hotel è molto curato e pulito, gli ottimi servizi offerti, rendono la catena Riu, una garanzia...

Siamo stati una settimana posizione buona vicino a un centro commerciale matagorda con vari ristoranti e bar difronte al mare ma partiamo dalla struttura con aria condizionata rotta x tutto il soggiorno,un caldo nelle camere che non si dormiva ..i lettini in piscina non so da quanto non vengono lavati..il mangiare così così sicuramente più adatto agli inglesi...poca disponibilità a venire incontro xchè non sai la lingua a meno che non trovi qualche rara italiana alla reception ,..trovati scarafaggi ai piani bassi ..ci può stare ma esiste la disinfestazione da noi in Italia qua non so... visto che ai piani bassi c e la cucina magari bisogna pensarci su .l Alpitour inesistente ti devi arrangiare...gli altri tour operatori hanno dato dei ventilatori x il problema... secondo me ogni tanto dovrebbero rivedere le strutture prima di metterle in catalogo

We stayed at the Lanzarote Village for a winter break and after reading some of the negative reviews was a bit concerned especially about the food. But there is no pleasing some people. Whilst we were there the hotel reception and dining room were decorated for Christmas which was lovely. Strange when the temperature is in the 30s but nice strange. We couldn't fault the hotel. Our top floor room was spacious for two of us with a massive bed, a bath and shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beyond to the beach and sea, where we could watch the planes coming into land at the airport and the cruise liners heading in and out of Arrecife. The room key was, initially, a bit stiff but during our stay the locks were being replaced by swipe cards which made life easier. The maid did a great job in the room every day. The food was really good with lots of variety, both at breakfast and evening meal. We were only HB so can't comment on lunch. There were themed nights, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Indian. But there were lots of other choices should you not want this. The empty dishes were constantly been refilled by the catering staff. The waiting staff cleared plates and worked nonstop to keep tables tidy. Our only issue was 2 people sitting on tables laid for 4. But the waiting staff soon laid another table for us as we had travelled to meet up with friends whom we hadn't seen since pre Covid so had a lot to catch up. The pool area was hosed down early each morning and was clean and tidy despite a beautiful, if noisy, flock of parakeets flying around and doves hoping for crumbs. The pool was deep and big enough to have a swim round. The jacuzzi was lovely. There were plenty of sun loungers available. We tend not to stay in the hotel in the evenings for the entertainment but some of the music sounded good. The hotel is well placed on the quiet edge of Puerto del Carmen which is an easy walk away. The bus stops for further afield, Arrecife, Costa Teguise or Playa Blanca are just a few minutes away and the buses are frequent and reasonably priced. Although the hotel if not right on the promenade it is only a short walk through the garden and out the gate and left. The promenade goes all the way to Arrecife passing the airport. I can't think of any negatives and we will certainly be returning next winter especially if we could request the same room.

First visit and as per reviews what an amazing hotel. This hotel smashed it right out of the park from check in onwards. All of the staff were amazing lovely to see management out on the front line helping out. Bedroom was lovely , we were in Room 2029 with a sea view. The room had a kettle with coffee, tea and milk replenished daily along with the water. Bathrobes and slippers available which was a nice touch. The hotel was very clean. The pools were lovely lifeguards were very on the ball. All inclusive drinks 11am until 11pm which was more than plenty. Safe was available in room but you had to pay extra. The restaurant was brilliant offering a wide variety for all three meals and a lot of freshly cooked food also. All staff were lovely a shout out to Yolanda and Manuel in the outside restaurants they were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We did go to a couple of shows which were ok depending on what you like however the piano bar was amazing and different pianists on every night again big thumbs up to the staff in here also very attentive and hard working. I think all the staff in the hotel deserve a pat on the back it ran like a well oiled machine. The beach was across the road so that was nice if you wanted a paddle. My only issue was sunbeds although we did manage to get some in the end , management were monitoring the beds regularly and actively removing towels if people had not been in them. Will definitely be visiting this amazing little gem again soon.
