Absolutely a gem close to everything staff freindly and helpful felt very safe and secure massive apartment beautiful see veiws local spar on doorstep and bustop right out side would definitely stay ere again

Very big rooms, amazing staff, the manager was very helpful, open and friendly. The property close to the beach. The area is perfectly clean and quiet. You can walk at evening without worrying. We felt safe walking at evening. The bus stop 2 steps away. Easy commuting and also the car rental is cheap. You can walk to the airport along the beach and just enjoy. Highly recommended!

Appartamento ben attrezzato, largo balcone con vista mare. Ottima zona ben collegata con tutte le attrazione dell’isola e menzione speciale per la reception sempre pronta a dare ottimi consigli! Unica nota stonata nelle camere esagerata presenza di zanzare

Ho utilizzato questa struttura e mi ci sono trovato bene, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono, Gli appartamenti che sono vista mare hanno una vista favolosa, e si trova il necessario che possa servire in caso si cucini in casa. Non c'è la lavatrice ma c'è il servizio lavanderia,che io non ho usato. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile. Se ritorno a Lanzarote non c'è dubbio che ritornerei volentier al LOSPOCILLOSCLUB.

Abbiamo trascorso 1 mese in questa struttura. Ottima camera per 4 persone con doppi servizi, vista mare. Pulizie a giorni alterni. Posizione fronte mare , con bellissima spiaggia. Tutti molto disponibili alla reception.

Alloggio ideale per 2 persone.Ottima posizione, ideale per ogni cosa.fronte spiaggia, pulito e cambio biancheria ogni due giorni. supermercato , ristoranti ,e negozi vari vicinissimi.Personale disponibile e simpatico. Un grazie speciale per Dino, persona unica per la sua disponibilita', simpatia ed educazione.Ci torneremo sicuramente, e lo consiglio sinceramente a tutti.

Ottimo posto per chi vuole dormire fronte mare senza troppe pretese. Proprietario Dean gentilissimo e disponibile per tutto. Pulizia camere e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 5 giorni, come scritto. Camera essenziale ma con tutto. Balcone vista mare ottimo. Zona tranquilla dove dormire e ventilata. Consigliato!

On arrival around 8.30pm there was a mess up with the booking. The travel agent had not comfirmed our booking with the apartments so there was no apartment ready for us. The manager was a great told us not to worry about a thing. He sorted and took us to a villa for the night and collected us with arranged transport. The apartment could do with a little spruce up,but there is everything you need and very clean with fresh lining and towels during the week. Position beach front good over looking the beautiful blue sea with golden sand just across the road. Bars, restaurants and supermarket with in walking distance. People very friendly and helpful.

Best view of the fabulous Beach was from our apartment . Large balcony with table and chairs which we used to enjoy watching the sunrise with our coffee. Dean our host was very friendly and helpful,nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was tired ,a refurbishment program is in progress. apartments were perfectly clean and comfortable for our 4 week stay. Please do not believe the negative reports regarding house keeping. The housekeepers worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble,we have never had so many clean towels at any other hotel..We would highly recommend these apartments if you are happy with clean and simple accommodation.

The apartment (18) we stayed in was very spacious and had a view of the sea . Check in was smooth even though we were late arriving. Dean is very attentive and can help with anything. Room 18 is a 2 bed appt but we only had access to one bedroom.Furniture is older and bathroom needs a new bath and ceiling painted.However the appt was very clean and spacious with a private little porch area protected from the Lanzarote winds.A small pool out the back is ample to jump in to cool down or sit at side and dangle legs in, but the area is very small and overlooked by a small road. on the plus side it is very small as only shared by about 8 appts.We ate out at all times with a breakfast as little as £4 so never used adequate kitchen in room.Pubs and restaurants only 5 mins walk to the east into matador side or lovely 30 min walk takes you to puerto del carmen..all flat which is very important, as in puerto del carmen there are a few steep hills back from the beach.£5 for a taxi back at night from PDC, and £20 to the airport. All in all we had a lovely stay at a very budget price which is a reflection of the appt needing a wee bit of TLC.Location is 10/10 cleanliness was 10/10 Staff 10/10 appt is 7.5/10/.We will go back. Stayed for one week 19/26 march 2024, although a little dated there was everything we needed for self catering. the apartments are in a great location, beach across the road, spar and a few restaurants/bars 50 metres away, 20 minutes walk or short bus ride away to the main ***** in PDC. Apartments manager Dean was very welcoming and was very helpful, we are looking at staying here again next year ( if not before ) 😎

Very welcoming manager. We stayed here for 11 nights, a very warm welcome, shown to our apartment, guided round it, shown the local amenities, nothing was to much trouble for him. The apartment was clean, the beds were really comfortable, towels changed regularly. This is in an ideal position for the beach, buses, restaurants and supermarkets. If you have walking difficulties you need to be on the ground floor in one of the 4 rooms at the front, otherwise there are a lot of stairs. We had a very good stay here, but unfortunately due to the stairs we are unable to return.
