Residential areas for walking around the house. Very close to the area of La Paz, with many restaurants, parks, and leisure areas. The apartment is distributed as follows: - Lounge/dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. - Separate kitchen, induction, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, and toaster. - Bedroom 1: has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. - Bedroom 2: has 2 single beds. - 1 bathroom with a shower. We strictly comply with the cleaning guidelines recommended by the Ministry of Health, Consumption, and Social Welfare in all our accommodations.
