Fantastic stay! Please ignore the low reviews. This hotel is really really nice and such good value. Modern, pool on the roof top, sunbeds, balconies for each of the rooms, mini studio type rooms with a big wet room, little kitchen area and a big tv, even provided robes, slippers and room refreshed everyday. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. Breakfast has alot of variety, coffee machine, juices, fruits, cereals with all the toppings, cakes, salads, cheese, cold meats, pancakes, waffles and fry up options to start your day. Dinner is also really well priced if you didn't fancy venturing out for food. There was a bar on the entrance level that had cocktails on the go and music playing, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. I traveled solo and had a fab stay. Would definitely return. Really good location close to the beach, bus station and a very walk into the centre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My second time here now and This is now my go to hotel In puerto! Staff are all friendly and rooms are immaculate! Beds are comfortable too.

Sauber, die Lage ist super, nah am Strand und auch zu allen Bars.

Всё соответствует описанию и фотографиям, чисто, уютно, персонал отзывчивый, рядом магазин, ларёк с экскурсиями, автобусная станция, пляж (волны, постоянно красный флаг), можно дойти до городского пляжа с бассейнами, природа очень красивая, все супер.

房間寬敞乾淨，早餐很豐盛, 服務也不錯。酒店位置很好，離中心車站很近。到市中心海邊都很方便。

Ottima esperienza. Camere molto belle, complete di cucina. Tutto molto pulito e personale molto gentile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro. Sicuramente lo terrò in considerazione se dovessi tornare a Tenerife e lo consiglierei.

Great hotel there is nothing not to like. We had one of older rooms but cleaned daily ( housekeeping is fantastic). Great views from balcony. We arrived early hours of the morning and the guy on reception was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. It’s in a great location with bus station at end of the road. Also lago martinaz is so worth a visit and is only a 20 min walk or €5 in taxi. The hotel does food also and has special nights and breakfast daily you can pay for this if self catering like us and is very well priced. If I was to visit here again I would definitely stay in the sky view again. Thank you so much for having us it has been a great holiday for me and my kids.

The good. The hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk from bus station 10 mins walk to Loro Parque and 15 mins walk to centre of town with loads of bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The reception area, dining room, outside terrace bar and rest rooms are modern and immaculate and reception staff are very friendly. The “Not so good”. The hotel is clearly part refurbished and the new studio rooms look very nice however the room we stayed in (514) was one of the old rooms and was very careworn with discoloured and partially peeling wallpaper. The room overlooked the adjacent apartment block which for our visit was very noisy into the early hours of the morning. We both agree we would definitely stay here again but would make sure we booked a refurbished room.

Fantastic location, 3 min from Playa Jardin and the long promenade, Punta Brava, bus terminal and restaurants. Friendly staff who really want your stay to be comfortable. We loved our studio with mountain views incl. Teide and the cosy rooftop (warm) pool.

Nice apartment near the beach. Very close to the center of old Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen tools and television. Very nice bathroom with shower. Excellent cleaning. Friendly reception. Amazing sun roof.

Our overall holiday was very good, the hotel was clean and the food was fine. On arrival, after a long transfer from the South Airport, there was a welcome drink which was very welcome! The room was clean and comfortable and was tidied daily, we only received one change of towels for the week and you have to pay for the safe, but otherwise no complaints. The staff were really great, except for Jesus who was rude and ignored us at the bar whilst he continued a conversation with a fellow member of staff. The place itself is a lovely place, 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping area and the harbour where you can swim. A further 5-10 minutes away is a swimming pool complex with the biggest pools I've ever swam in! it was very good, worth spending the 15 euros for the two of us for the day. There is a Lidl a short bus ride away which also stops at a great restaurant, Las Dehesas which was a lovely find. The biggest disappointment is the fact that the closest beach, Playa de Jardin, is closed due to sewage pollution. This is an ongoing problem with no resolution at present - so be warned, if sitting on the beach and swimming in the sea is paramount to your holiday, DO NOT GO to Puerto de la Cruz!

Friendly, clean, renovated hotel. Good breakfast, near the bus station, short walk to Plaza del Charco through old town streets. Not to forget The roof top sun terrace with a pool. Mercado municipal is also a short walk away as well as the nearest HiperDino supermarket and farmacy.
