Location incredibile sul mare, la vista dalla nostra camera(al 13’ piano) valeva da sola il prezzo. Vicinissimo alle piscine Martianez, risulta molto comodo per visitare il centro di Puerto. Entrando si percepisce una sensazione di pulito che si vive in tutti gli ambienti, sempre impeccabilmente igienizzati e profumati. Cortesia e disponibilità sono prerogative costanti riscontrabili in tutto il personale della struttura. Avendo la pensione completa , abbiamo avuto modo di verificare menù sempre squisiti e variati. Quando di nuovo a Puerto, il Best Semiramis sarà la nostra futura casa.

Overall a very good place and excellent value for money. The hotel is in a relaxed location up the hill from the centre of town. The hotel is very well presented with some very appealing communal areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very big and spotlessly clean. Special mention to the turbo powered showers. We had balcony overlooking the pool that was very relaxing. We only had breakfast one day but it was a very good standard. Only a couple of minor complaints. Most of the sunbeds were in a fixed position making it at times a bit uncomfortable. Many tiles were missing from the pool making it look a bit tatty. But overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

All'inizio di aprile abbiamo avuto una settimana molto piacevole all'Hotel La Carabela. Il buffet di colazione era sorprendentemente diverso; abbiamo apprezzato in particolare tutti i frutti e le verdure, ad esempio le mele di forno, le banane fritte, le aubergine e la curgetta, le foglie di salada e i dolci. La pulizia delle camere e la preparazione dei letti erano molto eccellenti e si è svolta abbastanza spesso, quindi è stato bello tornare in una stanza ben pulita la sera (può essere necessario pulire sotto il letto, diciamo una volta alla settimana). Anche se la piscina all'aperto non era in uso, ci sono stati pochi nuoto nella piscina coperta, che è ovviamente molto conveniente se piovesse. La vista dal nostro balcone verso Teide era molto appassionante sia durante il giorno che durante la notte. La vista dalla terrazza del tetto dell'hotel è stata anche molto impressionante e questa zona sarebbe utile utilizzare di più. Anche se c'era bisogno di qualche lavoro di riparazione qui e là (chiusura sulle porte del balcone e del bagno, manipolazione della doccia), l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era tesa e piacevole. Il quartiere era stato ristrutturato, ma il rumore della costruzione non ci ha disturbato. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è tranquillo, ma a pochi passi da una varietà di negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo anche un bel numero di esercizi quando camminiamo verso la parte inferiore della città, la spiaggia e il Lago Martianez, e poi tornano all'hotel.

Siamo state in questo hotel più o meno 15 giorni, hotel di “facciata “ molto bello, posizione eccellente con vista mare. Le uniche cose spiacevoli sono la mancanza del frigo bar in stanza e purtroppo la pulizia della camera , in tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stato pulito il bidet e ne sono certa perché c era un capello sul bordo che non è mai stato tolto , addirittura ho buttato un asciugamano dentro per far sì che fosse pulito , invece nulla e non è stato messo nemmeno l’asciugamano di ricambio, altro episodio , patatine per terra fuori sul terrazzo , sono rimaste lì una settimana e poi altra cosa importante lo spazzolone del water, non esiste che non ci sia ! Per il resto colazione abbondante e cena ottima tutto a buffet, la maggior parte del personale gentile e sempre con il sorriso

Io e il mio partner volevamo provare da qualche parte e decise su Puerto De La Cruz. Hotel fantastico, camere molto pulite e ben tenute, buon cibo, specialmente colazione, anche se la cena era un po' colpita e persa, ma ci sono stati anche molti ristoranti locali. Le piscine sono brillanti, tranquilli in alto che è una bella trappola solare e tranquilla e la piscina principale è stata riscaldata con molte letti solari. Non sono di solito uno per il divertimento dell'hotel, ma devo dare un enorme grido a Pablo! Egli è stato eccellente!! Un tale gentiluomo, che è facile da fare con l'uomo, divertente e pieno di energia dal secondo arrivo! Ti fa imporre, sicuramente tornerà di nuovo. C'è una collina molto forte fuori dall'hotel, quindi per coloro con bambini piccoli o anziani/ meno in grado di camminare, dovrebbe essere consapevole di questo, anche se c'è un costante fornitura di taxi se necessario. In tutto un fantastico soggiorno al quale ritornerò al 100%.

This hotel is excellent we loved every part of it. Stayed in room 620 ideal for reception/pool (level 7) and restaurant (level five) the hotel is spotless the staff are excellent and the sound of the sea each evening is soothing. Tips The hotel is a bit of a distance to the main town it’s very hilly and we only went down once you can walk a kind of cliff path but it’s full of stairs which after a while kills you and gets very tedious. Go out of the hotel walk to the top road go right and you will see a walkway with steps follow them down (they are called the Agatha Christie steps as there is a statue as she had a house there each step has a book title on them) just keep following the road down to the sea front loads of shops and restaurants plus the lido ( which is due to open soon) you can either walk back or get a taxi (4/5 euros) we didn’t bother going again as the Main Street above the hotel had many bar’s restaurants and shops very reasonable priced excellent service not much of a party time if you like that kind of thing down town will be better for you. Food Breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and easy to get through Evening meal got board quickly so used only a couple of times drinks expensive and didn’t approve they charged for water you pay for drinks on the way out or you can charge money to your room and top up when it runs out we preferred to pay as we go drinks wise we preferred to eat out and give to local family business etc. The pool The rule is no personal towels you need to hire them from reception ten euros (refundable with receipt) to change for fresh one one euro exchange but we found we could use both our own and the hotels the reason they like you to use them to show that you are staying there and haven’t sneaked in. The bar is good very professional service. The room Lovely views over the sea the bathroom has been the best I have ever had abroad lives the multi shower lights and the screen window trick great fun to play with tv is crap so we always take a fire stick power lead and remote control Wi-Fi is very good the codes allow two devices per ticket but you can have as many as you like we had three tablets two phones and a fire stick don’t forget to put in the code for your fire stick to make it work you might not get every thing you get at home but it’s better than the tv without it We booked with jet2 excellent transfers etc the excursions we booked was the body trip up the side of the island we managed to see whales and dolphins I do warn it will be a long day 11.45 we left and didn’t get back until eight pm if you don’t like rough conditions sea wise this trip might not be for you as four plus hours on a boat feeling sea sick isn’t much fun there is chance to swim off the boat the food was a bit naff not to everyone’s taste take a jumper it can start to get cold. Let me start by saying that I am a Tour Guide. I don't write reviews, generally speaking, but at the reception of the Tenerife hotel check-in Concordia playa of the Canary Islands, Alba, at the reception was truly fantastic, empathetic and extremely professional at a critical moment of my holiday. Unfortunately I had to advance my flight to return home and she was truly invaluable for everything, including finding a transfer to the airport which was very difficult to find because everyone was fully booked. Alba was really super professional, she managed to pay attention to me to solve my problem and at the same time she awaited the requests of other hotel guests. She was really great. Not all hotel receptionists would have had the same professional attention and care to the customers. Thanks so mucho Alba. I wish you a Merry Christmas and all the best.
