La stanza e la stanza sono probabilmente una delle più belle e uniche stanze che abbia mai soggiornato. Il nostro colazione al ristorante era solo buono, il caffè era servito lukewarm e i piatti che siamo buoni, non stellari soprattutto dato il punto di prezzo. Il personale è stato carino, ma la mia principale denuncia è che sembrano essere meno flessibili perché abbiamo prenotato attraverso Expedia. Stavamo viaggiando con i nostri due bambini che arrivavano da un volo a occhi rossi, ho chiesto un controllo precoce e quando mi hanno notato che ho prenotato un sito di terze parti, l'ho confermato due volte e poi ha detto che non potevano accogliere L'hotel era completamente desolato, ci sedevamo nel lobby senza aria condizionata per 3 ore fino a quando il nostro tour era programmato e letteralmente vide due altri ospiti tutto il tempo. La sala da pranzo era completamente vuota, quindi non era una funzione avere una proprietà completamente prenota la sera prima.Credo che la mia raccomandazione sia di non prenotare attraverso un sito di terzi se avete richieste speciali.

L'hotel è bellissimo, pieno di lusso e comodità. Sempre che visitamo Puebla ci fermiamo qui. E' incredibile e gratificante che la Reception Estela ricorda i nostri nomi e gusti. Ha sempre dettagli per farci sentire a casa. Manuel Bell boy anche super comodo e gentile, ci aiuta sempre a abbassare i nostri valigie e si preoccupa di curarci tutto molto bene. Sicuramente resterà la nostra opzione per ospitarci a Puebla. Ci piace arrivare a questo hotel.

Tutto era perfetto, ma chiedevo sempre loro di mettere bottiglie d'acqua in più nella stanza ((non lo facevano)) e una volta che ho chiamato la reception per chiedere dell'acqua, lui ha detto (( stiamo finendo l'acqua potabile, hai comprare nel negozio vicino 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7)) cosa c'è che non va in voi ragazzi??? No acqua??? Sei serio??

Cada hotel y habitaciones tiene sus conceptos, aunque puede ser agradable, a mi no me gusto tener el lavamanos fuera del baño, ya que se encontraba junto a la puerta de acceso al cuarto, el balo es pequeño y en la reservación mencionaba cama queen y tuve matrimonial. Se filtran mucho los ruidos del exterior, mi habitación era planta baja y todo lo que sucedía en recepción se escuchaba

PRO: It is a lovely building, barely two blocks from the center on a generally (but not always) quiet street. CON: It started with the form I was asked to sign at checkin. It was in Spanish, which I do not understand; but it described severe penalties (who knows, maybe torture and dismemberment?) if I were to steal so much as a towel. I've never seen such a form at another hotel. So they started out treating us as potential thieves. Next, I had booked their most expensive room (a 'presidential suite') but it turned out to be a dark inside room. We asked for, and got, a smaller room facing onto the street, with a couple of balconies. No refund was given (we had a prepaid rate). I had seen AC mentioned in other TA reviews. Our room had no AC or cross-ventilation. It isn't normally necessary in March in these altitudes, but this year was unusually hot. The included breakfast required turning in little slips of paper issued by the front desk. It was a mixed experience---the food was elegantly served on large plates in a lovely space, but it was strictly limited. The coupon explicitly warned that no pan dulce would be given (what do they cost, a few pesos each at the bakery?); and capuccinos were 40 pesos extra. Our request to fix the dual-mode flush (the button for #1 flushing worked, the button for #2 flushing did not) was ignored. However, front desk staff were friendly and helpful otherwise. So a mixed experience. Puebla is a lovely city but tourism is clearly not revived yet. Many restaurants were quite empty at lunchtime. This hotel was empty also, except on the weekend.

When we first arrived I was concerned about this place did not look like a hotel from the outside, once we checked in realized it had been remodeled two years ago, rooms are great. Walking distance to lots of places. Staff is AWESOME! Hotel provides continental breakfast at their rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere and view are breath taking, decided to enjoy the view and order breakfast which turned out to be amazing. Hats off to the chef for such presentable and extraordinary food! G. Mercado

Hotel eccellente situato nel cuore di Puebla, nel centro della città, la stanza era pulita e il servizio presso il desk era cortese e rapido. Questo è davvero uno dei migliori valori di Puebla e sicuramente consigliere a chiunque viaggia su un bilancio leggermente più stretto!
