Sono molto deluso. Non ho risposto al telefono per dirti che il bagno non è pulito. Porta la tua valigia. Nessun aiuto. Mancanza di personale, ha detto Ristorante food.less soddisfacente.tp personale cordiale.buono. Part.front counter.less friendly

Hotel best, pool adult besar. Pool bdk pon just nice. Dpt free breakfast if anak below 7y

Warmth n smooth check in & out.. Nice n beautiful place as the resort is surrounded by garden gardens n trees..

We booked the VILLA for 2 nights. Bad: (1) the room facilities are old. There are two bathrooms in the VILLA, but one of the heater is not working, and the staff has come twice but still not able to solve the problem. He only told us to avoid using the two bathrooms at the same time. 😑 (2) There is no soap or hands cleanser for washing hands😑 (3) The towels in the room (for showers) are so dirty. A lot of them got stains on it. (4) There are lots of mosquitoes in the room !! I can’t sleep well for both nights coz the mosquitoes are flying around. I got lots of mosquito bites 😔 ( If mosquito is not your concern, then it won’t be a problem ) Good: (1) The manager is very nice and showed me her effort to help me. However, she can’t solve the mosquitoes problem and I won’t blame her. I know it’s difficult. (2) The kid swimming pool is fun and my daughter enjoyed it so much. * I didn’t take pictures of the VILLA, coz I dun have good impression on it

nice view...have many facilities at Espira Kinrara...the room suitable dor family.

This resort is refurbished from golf resort. But the room is huge, and have ceiling fan too. Pool is spacious and food selection is adequate too. It is family friendly resort. Nearby to Giant. Nearby to Pavillion.

1-Spacious room 2- kids friendly especially the pool 3- breakfast are good 4- the room is quite dirty👎🏻 5- there is cockroach in my room 6- no toiletries in my superior room, even body wash in the bathroom habis 7- bawah katil banyak sampah yg tak bersih! Maybe from previous guest, Patutlah ada lipas Overall is good but please, you should improved your cleanliness of the room.

Suitable to come with children who love swimming pool. Pavilion Bukit Jalil is just nearby, lots of food options.

Great stay with families. Kids love the pools and they serve great breakfast.

Come with my family members.so much fun. Staff so nice gave us nearest room each other. Pool infron of the room view and breakfast quite okay. Reasonable price for me
