L'hotel 4 stelle è stato recentemente ristrutturato e si trova nello storico grattacielo simbolo della città costruito nel 1968 nel centro di Ourense. Alla reception manca un pò di attenzione alla pulizia. Camere molto spaziose, pulitissime e dal design moderno. Acqua e frutta fornita gratuitamente in camera come saluto di benvenuto. Ottima la fornitura del kit personale. Il parcheggio probabilmente non è molto capiente ma per fortuna a pochi metri c'è un parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo con le stesse tariffe. Colazione buona.

Setting unexcelled in its beauty. Excellent wine and food. Very attentive and polite staff. Magical was monastic chant coming from stereo in one of the three cloisters at night. You'd almost think Estevo's monks and medievalism were not a thing of the past. I'd surely return.

Hotel situato vicino al casco antico di Ourense, con 20 camere, e dove la cortesia nella squadra di accoglienza è di 10. Il compagno che ci ha curato la mattina, molto attento ci ha indicato con le carte dove mangiare qui e in carballino (per mangiare polpa), perché ha colpito in tutti i luoghi che ci ha raccomandato. Ci ha detto che visitare da Ourense, ho detto un ragazzo di 10 in gentilezza e attenzione al pubblico. La camera molto silenziosa era in 4 piani ci sono solo due, è spaziosa, con terrazza, il bagno è un jacuzzi con ciò che fenomenale. Il letto sono due letti insieme, e duri molto bene Ha un piccolo armadio e una buca per colpire i vestiti, in totale 7 piastrelle. (alcune di più credo sia necessario) L'unico svantaggio è la poca luce nel bagno, per il resto fenomenale. Il Spa è un piccolo hotel perché ha di tutto che altri hotel più grandi e con più categoria non lo hanno così bene condizionato. Ha parcheggio ma si può parcheggiare vicino all'hotel. Un hotel che consiglierei senza dubbio.

NH is one of our go-to hotel chains and this particular hotel in Ourense did not disappoint. Eva C at the front desk was particularly helpful to us. I had a lot of questions about getting to the thermal baths and she addressed them all. We were very pleased with the room, which was a good size, and a perfect base for two days. The shower was hot with strong water flow. If management is reading this, I have only two negative comments and one minor quibble: First, the rug outside the elevator on the floor our room was on was extremely stained and dirty. It was a little off-putting, to be honest, and should be addressed. Second, the situation with the clear walls in the bathroom should be further rectified. Putting a window shade on one side does not fully solve the privacy problem, as the door is still fully clear. To this end: readers of this review should note that you should check out whether the room you will be staying in has a clear bathroom wall looking out onto where the bed is. If so, it would not be a comfortable room to stay in with another person unless one is on very intimate, not self-conscious terms with that person. The minor quibble is that it would be nice to have a small bar of soap on the bathroom sink. The liquid soap was in a metal holder that was not mounted close enough to the sink. In fact, the lotion was mounted closer to the sink than the soap! It made hand washing very awkward.

Stayed for several nights recently and found the room to be comfortable, clean and reasonably quiet. My room was on the second floor at the front of the hotel. There was little in the way of disturbance from people outside at night but there was some from street cleaning about 2AM on a few nights. The room was a stereotypical Spanish hotel with dated brown furniture. Plenty of cupboard space but to use the top shelves you would have to be over 7 feet tall. The bed was comfortable enough but they do only provide the bolster type pillows which for me are too soft. The bathroom was bright enough but the bath was a little odd as it didn't have any taps only a powerful shower. Basic toiletries were provided. The bar is closed and there is no restaurant - not what you want when you've just spent 15 hours travelling. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby though. So rather than operating as a hotel it's a glorified BnB. Which leads me on to breakfast. The basic breakfast is simply a couple of rolls with ham and cheese filling along with a croissant and a pain au chocolat. This is all pre wrapped in clingfilm. There is fresh fruit provided and they are happy to add to that with chopped banana and kiwi fruits. There was an option for tostadas but I didn't get offered this. Would be much improved by offering a breakfast buffet. Wifi worked well in my room and was good enough for work and watching some TV. The TV itself has limited channels and none that I noticed were in English. The biggest bugbear at this hotel is parking. As is common in Spain this hotel has an underground car park. It's on 3 levels. The first level is easy but only has a couple of spaces for the hotel. The second level is OK but the third level is really tight to get into and I put two nasty scrapes on my car trying to get down to this level. DONT TAKE A BIG CAR TO THIS HOTEL. Overall it's all right but don't say you weren't warned.

La pulizia, il personale, il buffet e il parcheggio, eccellenti. La camera molto grande e ampia e molto moderna. Ma non lo scelgo di nuovo per il seguente motivo: il letto, molto incomodo (duro a più di non potere), le ”cottura” erano piuttosto cottura di 50 cm abbastanza dure (cosa costa mettere un cottura di 90? o di 70, anche!), le tende non potevano correre, che erano mal legati, il lavabo era di riso: impossibile lav**** la faccia senza chiave*** il grifo nell'occhio e gettare tutta l'acqua fuori (solo 30 cm di diametro; molto bello, molto moderno, molto ben posizionato, ma nessun servizio.) Lo specchio di aumento, fisso all'altezza del petto (?), e la mampara della doccia, breve (l'acqua usciva sopra - e misura 1,70-) Credo che se si arrangerebbero questi dettagli, che restano molto utilità e servizio, nonostante l'antica antica dell'hotel, sarebbe molto buono. Si', la pulizia e il servizio, di dieci.
