I was an emotional wreck and got the much needed support, tranquility and quality food which has made this solo trip a very rich experience! Friendly staff. However quite unprofessional. One prefers to have their breakfast in peace, some of the staff members were grouped right in front of the elevator with a view, chatting as if they didn’t have work to do which was quite disturbing as this is just by the dining area. When you stand up to dish up for yourself- they’re starring. Also, the aircon has a “heat” option which when you switch to, the temperature is rather cold. The double room has head lamps attached to the board just above the bed but had no bulbs. The noise coming from the passages are unbearable. You can’t sleep or nap peacefully.
