I BOOKED this hotel for.my husband for his business trip. He simply enjoyed his stays with W.

Awesome experience and ambience. Lovely ala carte breakfast menu.

不推薦！非常不推薦！這家酒店的系統有很大問題。首先明明在網上付款了房費，到達酒店的時候前台又要讓我反覆付款，最後溝通解決了。然後在入住的第二天晚上，我們收到了莫名其妙的消費扣費，去跟前台溝通是系統又刷了一次我與授權。我們離開的時候是半夜，前台又一次要求我付房費，我們反覆溝通説已經付過了，並且把conformation郵件給他們，總之就是折騰了很久才讓我們走，最後耽誤我退税時間。 然後酒店的服務人員其實都挺專業的。然後他們的温泉體驗非常非常棒，員工也很熱情。 但是房間窗户不能開，廁所抽風系統也不好很悶。雖然員工都很可愛，但是不推薦這個酒店。

Классный и стильный отель в самом центре Праги Всемирноизвестной сети W… классный спа, 🧖♂️ завтраки на уровне, жаль в нашем люксе не было балкона и окна не открывались, я не Люблю замкнутые пространства…

房間的設計衹能説完全不符檔次。關鍵是服務不行，入住就搞半天，刷授權都刷了兩筆，還説沒成功。行李生偷竊了我的三包煙，並且抽走了一張20歐元。一個個都是想要索要小費的樣子。

裝修很特別 富麗堂皇 房間不是也不大 比較有設計感 難得在歐洲能住上新的酒店

Vacanza meravigliosa, e questo lo si deve alla bellissima Praga, ma soprattutto a questo superlativo Hotel. L’hotel è fantastico, curato nei minimi dettagli, il suo design rende la struttura veramente accogliente. Gli spazi sono tutti studiati con la massima minuziosità, ciascuno di questi racconta una storia, e riesce a trasmetterti vere e proprie emozioni. Lo spazio comune da noi più utilizzato è stata la spa, è un toccasana, specialmente visto il freddo della città in questo periodo invernale. La posizione dell’hotel è eccellente, centrale e vicina ai principali punti di interesse. Ed infine, complimenti per il preparatissimo e gentilissimo personale, tutti sono super carini e disponibili in qualsiasi momento della giornata; in particolare vogliamo ringraziare uno dei ragazzi che lavora presso W Lounge, il quale per un piccolissimo errore, ci ha regalato dei pasticcini (deliziosi), ed offerto il pranzo, questo denota l’attenzione che il personale ripone verso gli ospiti. Consiglio di provare tutti i ristoranti che l’hotel mette a disposizione: Gran Café, offre delle colazioni buonissime, complete di tutto, dal dolce al salato, con la possibilità di scegliere sia l’opzione buffet, che l’opzione “alla carta” (sia entrambi); Minus One, è il luogo ideale per un aperitivo, i loro cocktail sono elaborati e scenografici; Le petit Beefbar, è imperdibile! Piatti unici e accostamenti fuori dall’ordinario. Tornerei a Praga per rivivere un’esperienza in questo hotel. Lo consiglio vivamente, anche cercando una pecca non la troverei!

Amazing hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in. The customer service is amazing. Every staff member was exceptional and welcoming. Titanium status and was treated exceptionally well. Late check out was provided and offered at check in. Was upgraded to a suite which was epic . One of the last comfortable beds I’ve slept in . Welcome beers were provided. Which was a nice touch. The wet areas of the hotel were amazing . Only critique would be to warm up the jacuzzi a little more in winter. It was all very relaxing . After using the sauna/steam they have a walkthrough shower experience which is epic !!!. Gym is well equiped and well maintained and clean, as is the entire property. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best breakfasts ive had in a hotel anywhere in the world . Once again all the staff amazing . I truly can not say a bad word about his property not its staff . Everything and everyone was truly amazing !! Must stay in Prague !!!

From the second we stepped in up until we checked out, this was hands down the best W experience I’ve had out of all the W’s I have been to. We were checked in by Raul who was really friendly upon check in and even helped us get an early check in. The room was really beautiful and they even prepared a cake as we were celebrating our anniversary. The whole hotel was so beautiful that it made you want to just stay and hang out the whole day. Denisa from the concierge was a real star. She was so excited to give us a walk through of the hotel and showed us to our room while also offering to give us recommendations around Prague. The next day, we were heading out after check out and she caught us at the door just to say goodbye to us, her energy is just amazing. AWAY Spa. The facilities are top notch and aesthetics are so on point, but what made the place stand out was the warm hospitality from Tim and Tomoe who took the time to get to know with us even though they were busy keeping the away spa in tip top condition. The AWAY spa team even went out of the way to prepare a small gift for us to have a beautiful memory of W Prague, I really admire the effort and attention to detail as they remembered our names even though they see so many guests everyday. W Lounge In the evening we went to the W lounge, the DJ and atmosphere was great. We were taken care of by Veronika who we thought were the W insider because she was giving us such great recommendations in Prague. we were telling her that we were disappointed that we could not go to the ABOVE Rooftop due to the strong winds and big shoutout to her and Bond for arranged for us to have a tour of the rooftop and to Guiseppe for taking us on the tour. It really is WHATEVER/WHENEVER at the W. Michael also took care of us and gave us even more recommendations and shared that he was going for a competition soon (ALL THE BEST!) and brought us to Minus One afterwards where we were taken care of by the wonderful Maria. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, this has to be one of the best hospitality I’ve experienced so far. Everyone had great energy and i could see their passion for the industry. I will always recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague.

Hands down best W in world. Amazing staff, amazing history, amazing rooms, amazing restaurants and bars . Believe the 5 star reviews and stay here if you want a super elegant high end boutique experience in the heart of Prague. Shoutout to Tomas Figueroa at front desk. The hotel couldn’t be more welcoming from the second you walk through the doors. I want to especially recognize the two most amazing concierges you will ever meet, Denisa and Nela. They escorted me round the hotel, introduced me to staff, helped me day and night in my travels in Prague and were simply amazing. I will go back to Prague just so I can stay longer at this hotel. It’s a destination more than a place to sleep.

Newly opened hotel in center of Prague. Rooms are comfortable, I do not like vanity unit installed in the room. I prefer it installed in bathroom. Service is bit slow during check in. Otherwise was good and in according to expectation Breakfast is nice with lot of offerings. Main advantage is that beside buffet you can order. Overpriced

Beyond delighted at our recent stay at the NEW W in Prague. It was worth the wait!! The location in town is great. A 10-15 minute walk to all of the major sites. The decor and architecture is so pretty and comforting. I cannot say enough about the staff. They truly made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Many smiles, and greetings by our names. Check in : Tomas (thank you for the lovely tour of the property). Bar: Kylie and Pierre: great wine & cocktail suggeations. Concierge: Mikael & Denisa (You guys rock!! Loved the restaurant recommendations!!) Olga at breakfast. (Yes the eggs Benedict is delicious. And the ginger shot. Yum). The room is so beautiful. We even had dinner one night at the hotel. our suite was beyond fantastic!! Such a comfortable bed! The housekeeping staff went above and beyond. There was an extra touch that brought me to tears!! There were butterflies 🦋 🦋🦋🦋 placed in the room! A beautiful personalized note for us as well. And the butterflies location were moved again the following day. Delightful. I told the front desk and concierge how much this touched me. (Krisalisbutterfly) Upon check out we had a special picture (thank you Max) of Prague and butterflies & lovely hand written messages from the staff. Something I will treasure. Maria @ reception 🫶 We can’t say enough great things! We hope to return someday soon!! The spa: so fabulous! The downstairs bar! Loved our post dinner cocktails! Everything top notch!!

I never write reviews for hotels but we've just spent a wonderful weekend at the new W Hotel in Prague and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful aesthetics to the welcoming staff (Maxim on reception, Denisa the concierge and Maria the maitre d for the cocktail lounges downstairs to name a few) we feel very spoiled. Breakfast was included in our rate and the a la carte menu and buffet were delicious. Nothing was too much...from the glasses cleaning kit left next to my glasses in the room to the turn down service we would love to come back and stay again!
