È un peggiore istituto di 4 stelle che ho soggiornato! Nessuna caramella, nessun latte, nessun shampoo, nessun condizionatore! Personale rude (Miss Monika ) disgustoso manipolazione. Sono arrivato all'hotel solo per due notti ( sapevo fin dall'inizio che non sarei stato sorpreso, perché l'hotel non aveva guardato 4 stelle). Got into the room ( furniture not put back in properly the bedside table wasn’t parallel to the wall ) you only get one bedside table also ( joke) only one room key provided even the I need one for electricity ( that means if you’re out you can’t charge your devices ).have two single duvets only (no double available) imagine if you’re going for a romantic getaway with your other half but can’t share the bed due to the duvet arrangement! Wi-Fi does not work on the fifth floor. Non riuscivo a dormire perché non c'era un dovere di dimensioni adeguate per coprirmi e dormire confortevolmente e ciò che è il peggiore staff dell'hotel non era disposto a fare nulla per migliorare !

La ubicación del hotel no era lo mejor. Estaba a unos 20 minutos del centro de Poznan y a unos 15 minutos de la Estación Central de Trenes. Está en un barrio donde no hay muchos restaurantes ni cafeterías. Son dos edificios de planta baja, uno mas pequeño con 6 habitaciones donde estábamos nosotros y el edificio principal. Tiene una reforma reciente, buena decoración, la habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas. También tenia una pequeña terraza. Había un hervidor, té y café y un TV bastante grande. El baño también nuevo, grande y muy limpio. El desayuno en el comedor era muy abundante pero totalmente polaco (carnes, salchichas, ensaladas). Había unos pocos cereales, pan para tostar, mermeladas, quesos y algo de fruta. Había muchos tipos de té e infusiones y café, pero lo único que había era leche, ni rastro de bebidas vegetales. No es apto vegano. El comedor durante el día se alquilaba para eventos así que siempre había mucha gente dando vueltas por ahí. Es una buena opción y económica.

Stayed here for 4 nights end of August 2023. Check in was simple and informative. Arrived later than expected due to Air Traffic Control problem in UK. Hotel arranged taxi for us which was very efficient. Good size room with safe, small fridge and coffee and tea facilities. Plenty toiletries. Also complimentary bottle of wine which was red from hotel but could not be changed for white unfortunately. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice from fruit juice, fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, pastries and cooked breakfast. Staff very pleasant. 10/15 minutes walk to Old Town.

Il manager è molto gentile. Spiegare sui mercati, portare i bagagli, portare al parcheggio. Quando chiedo qualcosa, risponde molto rapidamente.
