El lugar donde se ubica es perfecto Ningún ruido de la calle molesta Las instalaciones se mantienen aparentemente con toda limpieza..., desafortunadamente en el área del restaurante la chica de la cocineta no se encontraba en algunos días y no fue posible elegir alimentos de esa área El elevador del lado derecho se maneja levemente lento a comparación del que se encuentra a un costado El personal de la alberca (bar) solo da servicio por la tarde y cuando indica que hay cambio de turno, la persona que sustituye nunca llega... Los baños no cuentan con extractor, lo que hace que no se pueda ventilar la habitación cuando se enciende el aire acondicionado y todo el cuarto absorba y mantenga la humedad... El servicio del personal es impecable, dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inquietud de los huespedes a excepción del cambio de personal del bar...
