The ROOM is not user-friendly. The spaces inside are not well distributed. The hangers don't fit well in the "open wardrobe", the AC can't be controlled, the water pressure from the sink is very low and the coffee machine inside the drawer is almost hidden inside. The LOCATION is good if you plan to go to city center (bolhao market) but not convenient if you wish to go to Ribeira by waking. The entrance to the parking space (20€ per night) is very tiny and not easy to access; they didn't park the car for us as most hotels do. For 1 night we had no hot water and we had to take cold shower. We didn't receive any welcome kit (usually they give you a sweet, a small pastel de nata, but they didn't to us). Breakfast is a small buffet with limited options. The entire experience at this hotel is definitely not worth the money they charge p/night, roughly 125€. Not recommended 2/5

房間很簡單但是空間蠻大的，位置有些偏但是算是比較安靜的一區。有一個很美的戶外中庭，和隔壁同品牌的酒店共用。當天辦入住的時候可能剛好遇到很多人同時抵達的時候，只有一個前台小哥服務也是考驗大家的耐心，畢竟連後面的義大利人都受不了了（哈）。其他的話早餐時有一個很熱情的小哥會問候你，整體的氣氛不錯，住在這裡的人也蠻特別的，很多退休老人，也有不少像是背包客的年輕人。

Bellissimo hotel. Vicino ai luoghi turistici di Porto, raggiungibili a piedi. Personale gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e disponibile anche a consigli sulla città, ristoranti e trasporti. Camere pulitissime, colazione abbondante e buonissima.

Hotel arredato divinamente. L'accoglienza alla reception è stata molto calorosa e cordiale. Abbiamo comunicato che il giorno prima ci eravamo fidanzati, e ci hanno fatto trovare un dolcetto con tanto di bigliettino in camera per congratularsi. Il personale disponibile ed attento. La camera molto bella, bagno con doccia ampia e spaziosa e tutti i confort. Colazione ottima, di qualità e con tutto quello che occorre dal dolce al salato. L'unica pecca il personale alle colazioni necessita di ulteriore esperienza. Se tornassimo a porto, sicuramente torneremo qui.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 7 giorni e sono più che felice di questa scelta.È un posto che consiglio vivamente per più di un motivo.Situato in una zona centrale a circa 10 15 min a piedi dalle principali attrazioni di porto ma al tempo stesso defilato rispetto al caos delle strade del centro città.La zona è molto tranquilla.Noi abbiamo noleggiato la macchina e a Porto il parcheggio al centro è un dilemma.L albergo è dotato di un parcheggio privato al chiuso di cui abbiamo usufruito,un po caro ma del resto è caro anche il parcheggio in strada dove oltretutto si può sostare al massimo per 2 ore. Il personale è stato squisito dalla reception al personale che si occupava della colazione la mattina.Tutti molto attenti ma non invadenti. La colazione buonissima scelta molto varia sia per il dolce che per il salat e c era la possibilità di farsi cucinare al momento.Ho molto apprezzato la varietà e la bontà della frutta presente ogni mattina a colazione.La camera spaziosa pulitissima e comodissima,anche il design della stanza molto ricercato.Insomma è un posto che merita le sue 4 stelle e dove vale la pena pernottare.

We Stayed in the Editory Garden, Hotel 12th - 15th March 2025. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is located in a quiet location and within walking distance to most of the local attractions.The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. The staff especially Raphael, Dany and Ali were friendly, patient along with been very attentive, the staff could not do enough for us, they made our stay very special. Our meals including our wonderful breakfast were absolutely delightful, we must complement the chef. We are looking forward to returning to the Editory Garden, and porto.

The hotel looked beautiful on the website and even better in real life! The bar area is nice with basic drinks and although we didn’t have a meal, the breakfast had a great selection and the scrambled eggs were lovely! The room was spacious and clean, great shower! Would absolutely recommend, would happily stay again and look for their other places across Portugal. Incredible value!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Editory Garden in Porto! The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making me feel truly welcome. Their attention to detail and friendliness made all the difference. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location was also perfect, allowing easy access to Porto’s main attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Editory Garden. The hotel is in a peaceful location and all of the team working there are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and regularly restocked throughout the morning. It is in walking distance of most tourist attractions but if you plan on going a lot of foot, be prepared for some hills. Our only issues with this hotel were that the air conditioning is not simple to operate, as a result our room was very warm despite it being February. We booked a premium room but the room was much smaller than shown in the photos that advertised it. This wasn't a problem for us but it did leave us wondering whether there's any point paying extra for premium. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a break in Porto.
