La struttura si trova immersa in un bellissimo giardino tropicale che è sicuramente il suo punto di forza. Durante il mio soggiorno ho cambiato sistemazione, perché ho prolungato e non era disponibile la stessa categoria di camera. Per assurdo mi è piaciuta di più la stanza che costava di meno. Leggermente più piccola di dimensione, ma più proporzionata negli arredi. Questa, che costava di più, risultava molto vuota, non aveva nemmeno un posto dove poter appoggiare le valigie se non per terra. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate e sono moderne e funzionali. Pulizia non perfetta: ho trovato il bollitore sporco e con ancora acqua all'interno lasciata dagli ospiti precedenti, ciabatte da camera non monouso( cosa che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo tipo) e macchiate e una macchia di umidità molto grossa sul soffitto in bagno. Dettagli che però potrebbero essere facilmente Migliorati. Il personale è sempre stato estremamente gentile, sorridente è disponibile. Colazione degna di nota, sia come varietà che Come qualità dei prodotti. Per raggiungere il centro, la torre dell'orologio, sono circa 20 minuti a piedi o 3 minuti con grab. Piscina bellissima purtroppo non sfruttata per mancanza di tempo e perché in gennaio il clima non era caldissimo, forse più godibile nei mesi estivi. Ritornerei sicuramente volentieri e consiglierei questo hotel senza dubbio, solo un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli per essere eccellenti.

The room was super big, clean. Toilet is huge n very clean also. Worth paying for that kind of price. I really love the bungalow type of room. Staff are nice & courteous too. Will definitely recommend my family to this hotel.

This is a Great hotel, with all amnenties and all. But, right outside the hotel, there is rats! Please remove rats once in for all. Exept for this, super hotel

We love the service of the hotel. The atmosphere is very peaceful. A lot of nice flowers and trees.

Excellent place for all who appreciate gardens and trees. Room was new and nice too!

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and newly decorated. However, there was no hot water for shower on the 1st night, it got fixed on the 2nd day. The bathroom was smelly especially from the basin and toilet. There is no shower gel provided but only soap, you may need to prepare for yourself. Wifi for the room is only for 1 device.

We had a great room and the grounds are breath taking beautiful. The pool was nice and brrakfast was very good. The hotel was a far walk to get anywhere.

Awesome place! Really feels like a resort in the town area and even though I don’t get to enjoy the facilities there fully but I fell in love with the hotel as there place is so beautiful! Sadly can’t show you the place as I took a video but highly recommend this hotel, I would love to go back again!!

The resort is very beautiful, we like the swimming pools and the restaurants, room also nice and the mattress very comfortable. Enjoy our stay there

Nice quiet villas inovely grounds. Good wifi and air con. Nice breakfast. Good location. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Really liked this place. Staff were great.

Amazing little paradise on the outskirts of Chang Mai Very clean and well kept Amazing breakfast Only downside was asking for 500bht deposit for key card which we refused to pay. Use grab taxi app to get around

Very nice newly renovated rooms. Good breakfast with many items, though pretty much the same everyday. Beds are really comfortable - not hard Thai mattresses. Bad smell in the bathrooms is the only negative thing. It applies to other rooms than my room.
