We liked that the room was clean and organized, and that staff was helpful when needed. we did have a power outage that caused the alarms to trigger and awoke us both in a panic. No fault of anyone, but hopefully that was looked at.

We had two rooms. The one room was dated but OK. The other room which we requested to be with a walk in shower had mold and looked grungy. I have pictures which I intend to send to corporate. To top off the weirdness in this supposedly handicap accessible room, there was a jacuzzi style soaker tub IN THE BEDROOM. Now 1) someone requesting a walk in shower would find a jacuzzi impossible to use and 2) who the heck wants a tub in the carpeted bedroom instead of a chair or couch? Add to that the elevator had been out of order since 11/13 (we were there 12/1-4). We won’t be back. It was convenient for visiting our family nearby; but not worth the ugh factor!

It is your hotel over everybody's hotel each and retire enjoy your rooms the clean cleanliness the privacy and the awesome breakfast you have in the morning not telling the pool and you're great Host

room was comfortable but bed a litlle lumpy. breakfast was very good. office staff attentive.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff last weekend were helpful and very friendly, and made me feel really welcome; the breakfast lounge was well-stocked and clean. My room was comfy and in a pretty quiet area. The only negative feedback was the amount of trash on the ground in the parking area was a little uncomfortable but other than that, great stay and Ill likely book in again when I return to Portland

Honestly, could have been better.
The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub was good. The cleanness was good as well.
Just far from the city, they need a bathroom in the lobby.
Super friendly staff though and rooms were semi clean.
