We’ve just returned from a lovely week. First time on this type of holiday for our 6 and 8 year old and first time in a decade my husband and I have done this type of holiday. First time all inclusive, which we are now converted that it’s the way for us to holiday moving forwards. Great choice of soft, alcoholic, hot drinks, frappes on all inclusive. Pools great. We tended to use the smaller and slimmer of the two pools as our a better depth of our girls. Bouncy pool great fun for children and not overcrowded with lifeguards often blowing their whistle when things got too rowdy or someone jumping down dangerously. Didn’t try the adults only pool. Plenty of sunbeds when we were there and seemed to always be some available up until about 10am on hot days. If you put your towels out early and the staff come around and you aren’t there, they put a sign down. If when they return on their next trip around about 40 mins-1 hour later and sign still there, they take your towels and you have to retrieve them from reception I assume. Saw it happen a few times and it was a fair process. We had a room at the back of the hotel, by the tradesman’s entrance as I didn’t pay for a pool view with TUi. Mountain views in the distance, but mainly car parks and quite run down other apartments closer. Didn’t bother us, as it was fairly quiet and we tend to only use the balcony to dry beach towels! Great views of the thunderstorms though (2 days on and off. I didn’t pay for rain!!) over the mountains. Entertainment staff did their best indoors when heavy rain the first of the those 2 days. Entertainment on the evening pretty good. The best part for me and my eldest was the food. We aren’t picky eater and eat pretty much anything, and it was all wonderful. We tried razor clams for the first time and had a delicious rabbit stew. So much choice, but also great quality. My husband and youngest found it a bit samey but they aren’t as adventurous so more limited on choice. Alcudia itself was ok. From previous holidays I’ve been on as a child and our last holiday like this a decade ago, we’ve just decided we prefer peurto pollensa. If I could take the Zafiro Tropic to that resort, just one up, I wouldn’t hesitate at booking again. Only criticisms, some tiles around the pool could do with re-grouting and drains a clear out. And it was a very lengthy queue which took forever to go down on arrival for check in; the longest time we endured queueing even with the travel.

Questo appartamento è un ottimo appartamento al porto di Port d'Alcudia. Era molto pulito e moderno. È tutto disponibile nell'appartamento, quindi è necessario. La vista dal balcone è bella. Purtroppo, a partire dalle ore notturne è molto rumoroso

L'appartamento era così buono quanto promesso. Nel centro della principale zona commerciale e di cena molto vicino al porto. Ci siamo divertiti molto bene. Buon servizio e standard. Molto consigliabile.
