お部屋は広くて快適でした。隣にハーベストがあったので、そこでご飯が食べられたのも良かったです。近くにスーパーマーケットもありました。

Stayed here for one night on our journey to Devon. Having spent the day with friends in Abergavenny we were very tired so slept well, despite traffic noise from the busy road. We had looked at the premier inn in Abergavenny and it was twice the price of this. The room was fine for what we wanted, the bed comfortable although I do find the beds to be very high, I'm 5ft 3in and can just manage to clamber onto the bed. We didn't have breakfast as wanted to get away early and eat further into our journey. Would definitely stay again. The lady on reception was lovely didn't get her name though.

Enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn Pontypool. Such an easy check in experience with knowledge and friendly team. The room although dated was very clean couldn’t have faulted it. Topped with a lush breakfast the following morning, that started my day off right.

When will Premier inn fix their Wi-Fi. the free on is crap, the ultimate is medium crap. Must do better. Staff are great. Breakfast is okay. But the Wi-Fi make Premier Inn second or third choice. They need to spend some of their profit on the people who make the profit for them.

Rather inconvenient location unless you have a car. To walk from the canal take the path beside the aqueduct down to the river. After about 100m a path on the right comes out opposite the road to the Premier Inn. There are other paths from the canal across the wasteland beside Facets bathroom store. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the town centre and Tesco superstore, but only 10 minutes from the station, via the canal. Harvester and Macdonalds are very close. Very quiet given it's location on a small industrial estate and close to the main road. Decor is getting a bit tatty, but otherwise much like all Premier Inn's.

The room was warm, quiet and bed comfy. Breakfast was nice but not a buffet, didn't matter to us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the downside, the coffee was cold from the machine and no orange juice. The towels in the room were discoloured and old and there were no usb ports in the room.

My experience of the premier inn was amazing. The quality of the customer service was great they made my experience nice and easy and I would recommend a night in this establishment. The gentleman at breakfast was very helpful and his table service was great. The food was well cooked and very enjoyable, it satisfied my taste needs.

Great stay, comfortable rooms - plenty of t & coffee stations. Right next door to a harvester, be prepared you will need to book if you would like to use it… Alternatively I’d recommend the Horse and Jokey.. great food etc 1.2 miles just up the road

Staff are fabulous, breakfast freshly cooked , good nights sleep. Quiet hotel , unlike the other in the area! I now regularly stay here when visiting elderly parents and for catching up with friends. Iif you want to feel safe, have a good nights sleep and know the staff really care then this is the place to go in Pontypool.

Thankyou for making this a wonderfull experience, the bed was so comfy the pillows out if this world. We booked breakfast and couldn't be disappointed the food was amazing. I have left the best untill last and that is the impeccable attention to detail from all the staff, shout out to the chef she is amazing.

Typical Premier Inn, stayed here Friday night whilst on way to Swansea and to do local parkrun. Place was clean and reasonably priced, Did not eat there, but at the nearby Harvester. Room was quiet and standard layout Parking right outside and free

I really enjoyed my stay at Pontypool Premier Inn, and always have a great experience, made better by the great service and tasty breakfast. Josh the chef is chatty, polite and always takes time to make the guests feel welcome and at ease. Look forward to my next stay.

The staff at the Pontypool Hotel were all brilliant & couldn’t do enough to help us, however our room (103) was very tired & needs some attention, which we felt you needed making aware of - the heating was not working & the room was quite chilly. We reported this to reception & they supplied us with a portable heater which helped. Also, one of the coat hooks behind the door was broken & unusable. We have stayed at Pontypool before, & found it very good, however we feel it needs some attention to bring it up to standard.
