お部屋は広くて快適でした。隣にハーベストがあったので、そこでご飯が食べられたのも良かったです。近くにスーパーマーケットもありました。

I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a large group, due to an event at a local venue. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were simply outstanding. Two staff members in particular (I believe Pippa and Rihanna) were on shift on the morning after our party, when we were all having breakfast. I have honestly never met more friendly and welcoming staff at a Premier Inn. The breakfast area is small and intimidate and it was almost like you were at a really nice friends house for breakfast. They couldn’t do enough for you and they really should be recognised for the service they give. I hope to see them again next year!

Arrived at appox 15.00 to be told we could paid £10.00 per room which I didn’t understand as the rooms were obviously ready very disappointing

Stayed here two nights for the Bruce Springsteen concert in Cardiff. Lovely warm welcoming staff. Very helpful. We forgot mobile charger and they kindly leant us one. Nice and quiet. Big shout out to all staff but especially the lovely Sue organising breakfast. She had it all runing like a finely tuned Swiss watch. She was bubbly, chatty and a fantastic host. Many thanks to you all Mike and Sue.

Lynne helped us at the arrival desk. She was super friendly and helpful. I sleep in this hotel every month and it is always clean and neat. Lynne always welcomes you with a wide smile she is an addition to this hotel! Close to the hotel is Harvest where you can have great food.

From the time of arrival, through to departure, the staff were nothing short of outstanding. They were very happy, smiling, polite and friendly and obviously love what they are doing. I would totally recommend staying at this hotel and give them all without any exceptions a whole hearted well done. Breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked which made an excellent start to the day. My first time staying with Premier Inn and wow, I'll definitely be back ! A warm friendly welcome and an immaculately clean room and facilities. A few missing things were provided immediately. A restful nights sleep on a very comfortable 'huge' bed. The full cooked unlimited breakfast was delicious and did not disappoint. Every member of staff gave us excellent customer service. I don't know how they do this for the price we paid for a couple. I've had worse stays in 5* luxury estate hotels. Premier Inn you were superb !!!!!

We always stay here when we come up to see our daughter, lovely clean room, clean towels each day. A nice comfy bed, and the lady on reception of a night time was really helpful I didn’t get her name she had brown bobbed hair curly I think. I wanted a fan as I always sleep with a fan ( as I’d forgotten mine ) she went out of her way to find one for me.

Good Premier Inn, handy and decent parking available. The "Harvester" next door provided the evening meal which was the worst burger and fries in the history of minced cows. I was on my own and hungry after a 7 hour drive - did not have the energy to complain - so reluctantly ate it. I now despise myself for doing so and deeply regret my choices, I cannot admit this to my friends or family and may at some point in the future , seek councelling to help with the trauma. Please, for the love of god - do not eat in this place.
