Podgorica: i migliori hotel con palestra

Giungiamo all'hotel e lasciamo la nostra autovettura nel controviale proprio di fronte all'ingresso, come fatto anche altre volte e dove erano parcheggiate anche altre macchine. Tra l'altro il doorman, pur vedendo la scena, non ci dice nulla. Non potendo ancora fare il check in ci assentiamo mezz'ora circa per pranzare. Al ritorno la macchina non c'era più (ma le altre si!). In pratica dopo ampie discussioni veniamo a sapere che proprio la direzione dell'hotel aveva fatto rimuovere coattivamente il nostro mezzo che abbiamo poi dovuto recuperare a nostre spese in un deposito nelle vicinanze. Non bastasse la gravità del fatto, in maniera vile il direttore neppure aveva il coraggio di assumersi le responsabilità scaricandole sul servizio municipale il quale, invece, ci confermava più volte, TRATTANDOSI PERALTRO DI VIA PRIVATA DELL'HOTEL, che erano intervenuti proprio su espressa chiamata del direttore. Infatti, CASO STRANO, dopo questo ”incidente” personale dell'hotel sistemava alcune transenne d'acciaio nell'area per impedire il parcheggio. Ma questo accadeva solo fino alla sera, perché il giorno dopo tutto era come prima, con la zona piena di mezzi posteggiati. Chissà...forse gli italiani non sono ben visti..o gli stranieri in generale...però è un albergo...non dovrebbe essere così anzi...forse la poca attenzione (per chiamarla così) è generalizzata dato che il caffè in stanza era scaduto da 9 mesi (e per fortuna ce ne siamo accorti) e il bagno si è allagato dopo la prima doccia. Peccato che tripadvisor non consenta di attribuire ZERO

L'hotel non è grande ma molto buono, consigliato! La posizione è ragionevole, con supermercati nelle vicinanze e la comunità si sente al sicuro. Per la prima volta l'ambiente è pulito e ordinato. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite e il servizio è molto buono. La colazione è deliziosa

Hotel moderno fornito di tutti i servizi e comfort consoni alla categoria. Ottima la colazione ed il centro fitness. Arredo delle camere moderno, forse impersonale. Parti comuni un po' cupe, in particolare i corridoi, grigi e scuri. Ottimo il letto e la qualità del sonno.

Very nice hotel on cul de sac. Staff were professional and helpful. Set wake up call. Ordered AM taxi to airport. Helped with luggage to taxi. Lift was large enough for 2 people and 4 bags to fit with room to spare. Not always the case in boutique hotels. Rooms were nicely appointed and bathroom was very nice. Nice luggage shelf just inside room. Bed was too firm for me. Adjustable height shower head did not stay at any height above the lowest position. We’re only there one night so no opportunity for repair or new room.

Siamo arrivati a Podgorica a mezzanotte di domenica (dopo un volo di 3 ore di ritardo) per scoprire che l'hotel che avevamo prenotato non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Quando l'orologio aveva appena colpito a mezzanotte, era il compleanno di mio marito e ero davvero turbato! Fortunatamente l'hotel poteva chiamare per cercare di aiutarci e abbiamo deciso di prenotare una notte a Ramada - e siamo così felici che questo è successo! Quando siamo arrivati, Albert alla ricezione era così bello e gentile. Il nostro hotel è un credito assoluto e ci ha lasciato sentire molto attenti. Anche se il bar era chiuso, si è assicurato di poterci prendere un drink, e la mattina dopo colazione abbiamo trovato una torta nella nostra stanza! Molti del personale hanno anche desiderato a mio marito un compleanno felice - è stato davvero bello e inaspettato. (La colazione sul tetto era anche fantastica!) Grazie tante Albert e la squadra - hai fatto la nostra impressione di Podgorica sorprendente, nonostante la nostra prima cattiva esperienza :)

I was in the hotel with my partner for 4 nights, and here is our experience. 1) A hotel has the rooms downstairs, and if you are a girl or an elderly person, you could suffer bringing your luggage down the spiral stairs without the help of the hotel members. No elevators, no bell boys, nothing. 2) We didn't have a safety deposit box which had been promised in the booking details. After a few attempts to get it, we got an annoyed answer that it's broken and if we need something to store, we can leave it on the reception... leave money and valuable goods to the reception, where it's every day a new receptionist. One moment we decided to ask for a discount because we hadn't had a promised amenity and received an answer that everybody asks for a discount. Should we, as a guests, care about who asks them about the discount? Finally, after our decision to talk to the manager, the safe deposit box finally mysteriously appeared next morning. Truth to be told, it's magic. 3) We also didn't a Do Not Disturb sign, and it was quite an adventure to get it. For some reason, we had to ask it several times, and finally we got it. Not sure what was the problem here, but okay. 4) Also, when we booked the room, we certainly mentioned that there are going to be 2 adults in it, but suddenly we hadn't found any amenities for a second person. No 2nd slippers, no shampoo/conditioner stuff, not even a second hand towel. After our question we finally got a second pair of those, but, guess what, the next day the 2nd hand towel disappeared. 5) Sometimes you, as a guest, can use a piece of tableware in the room for your needs, such as using a glass, for example. So did we, and left it on the table, being certain that the hotel staff could accomplish such as simple task as washing their glass. It was quite obvious that it was used. It is not like we, as a room guests, have detergents to clean it. They ignored us. We left it untouched to see what happens next day. They ignored us. We ordered a food at their room service and left this glass among other tableware from this dinner, in the middle of it, and... they left it alone dirty on the dirty table. 6) One day they brought us a single roll of toiler paper while we had 2 on the check-in day. Typical rolls of hotel toilet paper aren't the largest one, neither were these ones. Next morning before leaving the hotel for our trip I asked the receiptionist to bring 2 rolls of toilet paper this time. They did so. Next cleaning day they left us with even less than 1 whole roll. Not sure why I had to ask them every day. 7) Another morning we came to the breakfast, which was included and wasn't bad, and my partner decided to make a cappucino from the coffee machine located in the breakfast area. So she chose the beverage, pushed the button, and there was no milk, only coffee. After a while she decided to ask the restaurant staff about this problem, and the waitress found that there was no milk in the coffee machine. After replenishing

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were fantastic, including the pool and gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning with plenty of variety. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, making my overall stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Что понравилось: Про номер и отель: Довольно приятный отель, который состоит из 5 зон: спальня (дверь закрывается), ванная комната, кухня-зал, коридор и балкон. В номере есть капсульная кофе-машинка в номере и сами капсулы, чайник (но чая и сахара нет) Про интерьер: Интерьер радует глаз. Мебель вся новая, современная. Нет аляпистости и чрезмерного пафоса. Номер просторный, тесно точно не будет Про вид из ока: Окна выходят во двор и нам было видно парковку. Было довольно тихо, сам двор миленький и приятный Про уборку: Все довольно чистенько везде, начиная от ресепшна и номера, заканчивая парковкой и столовой. Уборка проходила своевременно: полотенца и ванные принадлежности обновляют. Все полотенца без пятен, кровать кипельно-белая. На ковролине не было замечено ни одного пятна Про персонал: Персонал приветливый, всегда придет на помощь и ответит на все вопросы Про завтраки: Приятные и вкусные завтраки на любой вкус: фрукты, острые первы маринованные, овощи, мясо, колбасы, бекон, яйца, сыры, соки, вода, кофе, чай и многое другое Про СПА: Внутри СПА-зоны есть 4 лежака и 4 вешалки, сауна и бассейн с гидромассажем. Сауна довольна маленькая, но приятная и чистая. Нет никакого неприятного запаха химии, это огромный плюс. Маленький лайфхак: зоны с гидромассажем находятся в самом бассейне, так что не стесняйтесь нажимать серебрянные кнопки везде, где найдете :) Про спорт-зал: В отеле есть также спортивный зал, все оборудования в хорошем состоянии Из того, что можно улучшить: – Бутылок с водой нет, вообще никакой воды даже попить после длинной дороги нет. Только в коридоре есть кулер, но каждый раз выходить кажется не очень комфортным – У душа нет шторки/дверки, угол к сливу не по канонам, так что готовьтесь к потопу. После другого человека заходить неприятно – Вентиляция в ванной есть, но не работает, так что зеркало будет потеть 100% – Сломанная мусорка в ванной (починили сами) – Сломанный держатель туалетной бумаги (отвертки не было, так бы починили) – Мало лежаков в сауне, так что если вам не повезло будете как мы тупить в проходе минуту и думать, что делать дальше – Мало крючков в спа для халатов, будете тупить еще секунд 20 как выходить из этой ситуации, пока на тебя смотрят все, кто находится в СПА – В СПА нет полотенец, приходится брать из номера или вообще не брать. Странно использовать одно полотенце для чистого тела после душа и для вытирания тела после воды с химией – Сауна холодная. Если на датчике стоит 60, то реальная температура будет 30-45 градусов. Всей СПА-компанией, стояли около пульта управления, чтобы поставить 110, смогли разогреть до 73–75. Это был максимум. Муж сказал, что это из-за того, что датчик температуры внутри сауны установлен прям над нагревателем и ему (датчику) постоянно мерещится температура больше, чем в самой сауне. По правилам его нужно ставить в самый дальний угол – Кнопки ”не входить” и ”требуется уборка” перепутаны, мелочь, но как-то странно все равно – Беговая дорожка в спортивном зале не работал

In un'unica occasione, con la loro ricchezza in inglese e in montenegrino, noi siamo più benvenuti ai turisti che viaggiano. Vorrei ringraziare Alexander per il suo lavoro, il suo personale è incomparabile in termini di eccellenza professionale, un'impressione veramente indebolibile e duratura. The hotel is in a very good location. The staff speaks excellent English. There are many cafes nearby. At first, I was given a dirty room. When checking the room, the girl from the reception honestly admitted that she had not checked the work of the cleaning lady. A cookie for openness. Usually, in such situations, the staff comes up with some kind of nonsense excuse, but here the girl honestly admitted her mistake. Respect for that. Then they gave me another room. It was significantly cleaner, but the stains on the sheets and worn-out towels did not indicate the high standards of cleanliness at this hotel. The friendly dog at the reception was the only positive emotion-causing element.
