Large front lobby with restaurant BC and bar to the lift. Also has function rooms. Accommodation is excellent and very comfortable and well appointed. Stayed a number of times and the restaurant menu always good, however you are in the centre so better a short walk out. Breakfast is good but can get busy. Small shop area near reception for essentials

Ci sono due problemi in questo hotel: Vicino all'ascensore c'è una uscita di emergenza che porta a uno dei parcheggi. Questa porta è stata chiusa durante il soggiorno ufficiale. Sono certo che ciò sia inequivocabilmente contrario alla legislazione ceca. Il secondo problema è che l'ingresso con i cani nel ristorante sia al La colazione e la cena sono disponibili dalla direzione dell'hotel. Diversi ospiti hanno portato le loro quattro gambe per mangiare, e nessun cane (uno di loro era un cane da combattimento) aveva un cesto di pezzi attaccato in bocca. Questo è assolutamente inaccettabile e può portare ad un rischio per gli altri ospiti.

Enjoyable a comfy stay in this well located hotel, close to the train station (less then 5 minutes walk). To the city center 5-10 min easy walk and the Pilsner Urquell brewery just opposite - only to cross the bridge over the busy road. Warm welcome from the staff at the reception and friendly but professional staff throughout the stay. The room and bathroom big enough and spotlessly clean. The bed super comfy for good night rest. The kettle to prepare tea/coffee would be handy to have in the room. The breakfast was fantastic with great selection of hot and cold items, pastry, wide range of nuts and dried fruit for the yogurt. For business trip recommended hotel.

Rimasto per 2 notti in ottobre. Non si è reso conto che il nostro soggiorno coincideva con il festival della birra Pilsner Urquell che spiegava perché la maggior parte degli hotel erano già stati prenotati. L'hotel Victoria era ideale, a pochi passi dal centro, ma a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. L'hotel era molto pulito e il wifi funzionava bene. La colazione era buona, anche se le camere erano piuttosto crampi. L'unica denuncia era che il succo d'arancia era più simile a una squash d'arancia molto diluita.

Che bella sorpresa, probabilmente il miglior Ibis che abbiamo mai soggiornato. Non sembra molto dall'esterno, ma le camere erano più che adeguate per il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Buona dimensione, bellamente pulita con una doccia enorme. I servizi di tè e un asciugacapelli sono stati un'aggiunta di benvenuto. Il personale era amichevole e il cibo nel ristorante era davvero buono. Mi sarebbe stato felice di rimanere qui di nuovo. Ibis Ostend prende nota... che è un'esame completamente diverso!

Best hotel in town for summer break: in the city, surrounded by green park, beautiful garden with swimming pool and tennis courts. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, wifi worked smoothly. Wide choice of TV channels. Breakfast delicious, large choice of hot dishes, replenished during whole morning, very friendly staff. Thank you again for your great hospitality!!
