Hotel in zona Parka s vlakcheto PLD, Filippopoli

È uno dei più bello e confortevole hotel che abbiamo mai soggiornato. La nostra stanza aveva una grande terrazza che guardava fuori dalla strada che tutti usavamo per bere vino e guardare. Il bagno era molto pulito e ne aveva ancora meglio una doccia grande, con una porta chiusa e non spalmava acqua in tutto il pavimento, che è un lusso raro e sorprendente in Europa. I colazione inclusi erano deliziosi e avevano una varietà di offerte, tra cui uova sgranate, salsa, bacon, tosta francese, pasticceria piccola, ecc. , insieme alle normali carni e formaggi freddi, yogurt e cereali che la maggior parte degli hotel offrono. Il personale era molto accogliente e molto amichevole, e ci hanno dato una bella visita del bagno romano che è stato scoperto durante la costruzione, che ha aggiunto al fascino e l'atmosfera dell'hotel. Ci sono un parcheggio privato, ma non l'abbiamo usato perché abbiamo noleggiato un'auto per un solo giorno. La nostra unica denuncia era che la stanza aveva un po' di roba la notte, ma non potevamo usare il condizionamento d'aria perché il sistema centrale era stato fissato per il riscaldamento (era fine ottobre) e non potevano passare dall'A/C a una stanza. Abbiamo aperto la finestra per ventilare la stanza, ma l'abbiamo chiusa mentre dormiva a causa del rumore stradale e degli scarichi del veicolo (non il problema dell'hotel, Plovdiv sarebbe stato ben servito per limitare il traffico di veicoli in questa zona). In generale, un fantastico hotel con un personale incredibile e un grande valore!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti di recente e tutto era perfetto. Le camere erano molto spaziose, la dimensione di un piccolo appartamento. Ben conservato cucina e un bagno decente. Tutto era pulito senza spot. La posizione era a pochi passi da dozzine di ristoranti diversi, ne hanno anche uno in posizione, e siamo stati anche a piedi facile da tutto quello che volevamo vedere in città, con la stazione ferroviaria a 25 minuti a piedi. Il meglio è che la gente del desk front era assolutamente meravigliosa! Il consiglio eccellente su ciò che vediamo in città, erano super amichevole, e anche organizzato un cappotto per il nostro toddler a dormire, nonostante ********** indicando che non c'era nessuno disponibile (Abbiamo fatto e-mail e chiesto prima del tempo; era stato messo in attesa per noi nella nostra stanza). Certamente vedremo di restare qui la prossima volta che siamo in città.

We stayed here 5 nights. As Diamond members. we were upgraded before our arrival to an awesome suite, which was greatly appreciated. We found everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This hotel is particularly well designed, with high end finishes, great showers and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly and the room stayed cool during really hot weather...we only had to turn it on occasionally. The rooms are very well laid out. Our one bedroom suite had two full bathrooms, providing a fantastic level of comfort. The breakfast was great. We are plant-based and healthy eaters and both of us were very happy with the great selection of fruit, salad, olives, wonderful olive tapenade, breads and other fresh options. The hotel is perfectly located with the old town an easy walk away. There's also great grocery stores and a DM very close by as well. For me this was the rare flawless stay. I did not expect that in Bulgaria....great job by the team here. :)

We held two days of business meetings under excellent conditions. Perfect organization by the hotel management team! Spacious 5-star rooms. Wonderful views of the neighboring park and the Olympic rowing base of Plovdiv. A cozy atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Special thanks also to the chef for the wonderful dinner in the restaurant. Rich and varied breakfast. A cool place in the July heat. I highly recommend! Moreover, in my experience as a Hotel Expert level 16 on TripAdvisor, I rarely come across a hotel that deserves more stars than it presents.

Hotel curato e pulito, camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Colazione abbondante e ben assortita. Personale preparato ma poco accogliente, si respira atmosfera triste. Abbiamo avuto poi una brutta sorpresa all'arrivo, quando ci hanno comunicato che la piscina e il centro benessere erano chiusi per manutenzione fino al 13 agosto. Averlo saputo non avremmo certamente prenotato questo hotel.

We travelled here in April 2024 and stayed at the hotel for two nights. Upon arrival our room was not ready however we were able to leave our bags to go and explore the city. We were greeted at the hotel by Vladimir who was front of house manager. He’s beaming smile made him super approachable to ask questions about places to visit and tips for restaurants bars in the local area. Vladimir was more than happy to help and provide Above & Beyond recommendations of craft places and restaurants that we would find appealing. H is in a great location within walking distance to the main attractions but out of the way enough to feel secluded and quiet. Great amenities within the hotel such as the bar area which was open most nights when we came home fairly late! Rooms were nice and spacious in fact probably the biggest hotel rooms I have seen the Radisson do. The little gem in this hotel Hass to be the spa free for guests to use and treatments are available at what I would consider to be very reasonable prices for example I had a 80 minute exfoliation and massage which worked out around £65 something you definitely would not get in the UK, have to do a big shout out to our masseuse Saiska who provided an absolutely amazing massage and exfoliation truly one of the best I have ever had. The whole spa is well equipped with hot tub sauna steam room and relaxation areas. Definitely a welcome retreat after a long day to explore the city. We genuinely loved our stay not only in this hotel but also in Plovdiv as a whole. 100% if I ever came back, this hotel would be booked without hesitation.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una notte per un evento sportivo. L'hotel è a soli 7 minuti dalla strada principale di Sofia e a circa una distanza simile alle attrazioni della città vecchia con auto. L'hotel è moderno e nuovo con parcheggio gratuito davanti, un ristorante e un bar sul primo piano. Abbiamo un appartamento a due camere che era molto spazioso con una camera da letto maestra con un letto re che si collegava a un balcone e aveva il proprio bagno con un tubo. L’altra camera da letto aveva due gemelli, collegati allo stesso balcone del maestro e il bagno privato con la sua doccia. La sala di soggiorno era spaziosa con un divano, TV a schermo piatto grande e sala da pranzo. Ci era una cucina con frigorifero e microonde. È stato incluso il colazione e c'era una bella varietà di cibo caldo, pane/cereali, frutta, succo e caffè. In generale, una scelta eccellente per l'hotel Plovdiv e rimarremo la prossima volta.
