Hotel in zona playacar, Playa Del Carmen

Incantati dalle foto della piscina e dalla posizione strategica per visitare al meglio la città, abbiamo optato per questo albergo e cosa dire? Tutto magnifico! Pulizia, cibo e staff eccellente ... 4 stelle assolutamente meritate Tra il personale un cameriere, Marco, a dir poco eccezionale! Consigliatissimo

Non consiglierei questo hotel. Non c'era acqua nella stanza e l'elettricità nella zona comunale (che significa non sollevamento) per il nostro soggiorno di notte scorsa. Dobbiamo portare il nostro pesante bagaglio nelle scale per controllare. Il ricevitore ha promesso di rimborsare i soldi per l'ultima notte, ma il nostro agente di prenotazione ha detto che l'hotel non è raggiungibile perché non rispondono mai alle chiamate telefoniche o alle email, quindi la nostra richiesta di rimborso è ancora in attesa. L'hotel si è impegnato a procedere immediatamente con il nostro rimborso, ma ovviamente non è così.

This place is nowhere near Paradise! Nightmare is far more like it. Let's start with the room inclusion list: Blackout curtains - YES; Air conditioning - YES; Desk - YES but I had to use the desk for my suitcase as there was nowhere else to put; Private balcony - YES there was a balcony but private? NO! All balconies had full sight of every other balcony left and right; Safe - YES; Refrigerator - NO; Flatscreen TV - YES; Complimentary toiletries - YES I suppose so, if you count two different sample size types of soap and two shower caps; Telephone - NO; Bottled water - NO. I will add to the list - Towels - YES but please see photo of the towel I was provided; Bath Mat - NO; Hand Towel - NO; Cups or Glasses - NO and was told at Reception when checking in that they don't provide either of those or water! However we were advised that we couldn't drink the tap water and told that we could walk a block to buy some water! Breakfast - now this was a doozy! Some sort of cordial water and Americano coffee were included but if you wanted milk you had to pay extra! There were three included options - scrambled eggs (not served with anything else), mixed potatoes and beans or fruit platter. I ordered the fruit platter which was served with a slice of toast, no butter and two tiny pieces of watermelon, two small slices of banana and two tiny pieces of paw paw. See pic which shows the fruit platter served on a dinner plate. They also have the hide to say there is a restaurant on site! More like a third rate cafeteria. The room itself was old and had quite a bit of damage to tiles, walls etc. It was very dark as the lighting was extremely poor. Some of the furniture was broken and the small night light was enclosed in a plastic case that was broken with wires on display! This is probably a place for backpackers who are happy to rough it - not for people who are used to a far better standard. We had been in Mexico for two weeks by the time we arrived at the nightmare, and at every other hotel, there were people to help with suitcases. Not here, just one person on duty for the whole hotel! The only good thing about the place was when we were leaving, there were two women cleaners who offered to help us (two women in their 70s) with carrying our suitcases down two long flights of stairs. We were very grateful and think, and are happy about it, that perhaps the tip we gave them was about a week's wages!

Il servizio presso la reception/lobby è fantastico, utile e amichevole. Anche nella piscina, il personale cerca di fare il meglio come molte persone ordinano e penso che hanno bisogno di più personale per servire tutti. Tuttavia, al ristorante La cocina per colazione e cena al ristorante Sushi: il servizio era piuttosto lento, anche alcuni piatti erano stati dimenticati e abbiamo cancellato, alcuni cibi arrivati freddo bisogno di migliorare il servizio da tavola. Non ho apprezzato che la maggior parte delle attività settimanali programmate avesse bisogno di un dollaro aggiuntivo. Ci serve un posto di spiaggia adeguato per camminare. È divertente avere un'arcade per un divertimento extra.

L'hotel sembra bello, ma è molto rumoroso. Soprattutto durante le mattine quando dormi. Il ristorante sul primo piano inizia a lavorare dalle 6:30 e le pareti sono molto sottili. Quindi si sentono un sacco di rumore e duro per dormire bene. Ma hanno ancora buone promozioni per messaggi e altre cose libere.

I miei amici mi hanno dato il famoso acquario Xcaret. Il prezzo dell'hotel di Natale è costoso da fare, specialmente l'hotel di Xcaret, quindi questa volta, oltre a vivere in questo Xcaret Messico (in appresso X), un altro è Iberostar Quetzal (in appresso Q) che non ha molti turisti cinesi. Il prezzo di Q Hotel è inferiore alla metà di X Hotel (Naturalmente X Hotel contiene biglietti per il parco divertimento, non vale la pena).Rispetto a X, come Ray Tang, hardware e scena, consiglio Q Ambiente: X Hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle familiare con il popolo nazionale, le camere sono grandi, le strutture nuove e le hardware non devono essere detto.La spiaggia è molto caratteristica, c'è un senso di montagna avatariana. La spiaggia è più della metà di diamanti, una piccola spiaggia, la qualità dell'acqua è eccellente.X è il giardino, Q è la giungla. Servizi di ristorazione: Se ho una famiglia di X Hotel, potrebbe sentirmi bene, ma ho vissuto nell'hotel Q. Al contrario, Q Hotel ha una sensazione di ritorno. Il cameriere è più felice e tranquillo. L'acqua di vino è aperta e bevuta. Il buffet è molto fresco e basta. Il giorno di Natale, il drago è arrosto e la salsa è mangiata. Non c'è nessuna salsa. Al contrario, i camerieri dell'hotel X sono un po'di lavoro e un lavoro. Non molti dei buffet devono aspettare. Guardando che il posto è molto piccolo per mangiare e bere. Ho anche prenotato un pasto giapponese Xin Gao. La speranza è che non sia troppo alta. Il bambino ha ordinato un pranzo di riso, è un po'di riso bianco!Ho ordinato un piatto, non ho raggiunto la fine del pranzo, il cameriere mi dispiace, non c'è fine del pranzo oggi, e il chip è la fine del pranzo sostitutivo per te Attività: Il paradiso sotto Xcaret è molto conveniente, 20 minuti per classe.L'hotel ha un trasporto gratuito, deve prenotare un giorno prima

We were incredibly disappointed with this hotel, it looks 5 star but the experience isn’t. We stayed July 2024. On check in, the whole process took over an hour because they had put our reservation down for August…not July. This was eventually resolved and we were given a ‘temporary’ room for a few hours. At this point we were understanding- these things happen and they offered a solution. The man on the check in was pleasant but incredibly slow. We stayed for 4 nights and there is no doubt the setting is wonderful and the rooms were lovely- however breakfast (included) was atrocious and lacking the basics. Bread but no butter or jam etc out, we had to ask every time and often more than one member of staff to eventually get it- often taking over 20 mins. One day there was no buffet at all but no one could explain why. You could order 2 out of the 3 remaining dishes on the menu but you were only allowed one per person. I had pancakes but then had the same fiasco that they came with no syrup and I had to ask 2 members of staff and wait 20 mins to eventually get it. On the Saturday night we stayed there, the hotel decided to throw a party until 2am…. Guests unfortunately were not invited or made aware so we were kept awake for several hours in our room. I went to reception to complain and was told a manager would speak with me in the morning..needless to say they didn’t. Reading between the lines, they host a lot of events for the local community (which is great) but the communication around it was poor and not acceptable for hotel guests. If they had invited hotel guests and offered a drink on the house or something along those lines it would make much more sense. The whole experience was completely bizarre and not worth the price they charged. I would expect this kind of service from a cheap local guesthouse, not a 5 star resort. The staff were not unpleasant at all but poorly organised and lacking basic communication.

Il ristorante è un resort con due spiagge e una bella piscina, il cibo del ristorante è eccellente, quindi ci mangiamo felicemente ogni notte.

Grande posizione. Centrale ma un po' lontano e tranquillo Anche il colazione è grande Il sole è davvero bello sul tetto. E' piccolo, ma ha una piscina. La pasticceria sul primo piano è anche buona per comprare del pane prima di andare in giro.
