Recensioni su Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen Resort

Amazing location in the heart of Playa Del Carmen! Walkable to 5th Ave and all the central shops, but you also get direct beach access and the feeling of being in a quiet resort once you enter the property. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms were clean (they didn’t have slippers when we went). The facilities were a bit crowded and there are lots of children, but we still enjoyed everything. Since it’s quite busy, the service can be slow at times, but everyone was friendly. The best part about the property was the included breakfast buffet. So many fresh options and everything was delicious! We also used the provided bikes a few times to explore the city and it was a great time. They had an included city bike tour which was really fun :)

Service at reception/ lobby is fantastic, helpful and friendly. Also at the pool, staff tries to do their best as many people order and I think they need more staff to service everyone. However, at the restaurant ‘La cocina’ for breakfast as well as Dinner at the Sushi restaurant: service was pretty slow, even some dishes were forgotten and we had cancelled, some food arrived cold — needs to improve the table service. I didn’t appreciate that most of the weekly activities scheduled needed extra $. Need proper beach place to walk along. Is fun they have an arcade for extra entertainment.

O hotel é ótimo, mas tivemos um pouco de dificuldades com o atendimento. Demorava e as vezes tínhamos que pedir 5 vezes por uma mesma coisa. Está precisando de uma reforma. Mas nada muito comprometedor. A localização é maravilhosa. Dá acesso a rua central.

定的海景大床房，視野是蠻好的。 服務很棒！餐廳食物也還行！ 早餐自助每天不重樣，好評呢！ 因為自己是潛水行程，每天基本上都是匆忙趕路，停下來在酒店的日光就倍感美好！！ 友情提示，注意蚊蟲叮咬，我在房間被不知名蟲子咬了還蠻結棍的！！

不好 從環境到服務 服務員服務不咋地不説強要小費 隱形消費很多 停車一晚400peso check out 的時候額外再收500多的服務費 也不知道服務費哪裡來的

酒店裡沒有一樣東西是免費的… 最離譜的是atm 取200美金收30多手續費 離譜到家了
