La experiencia en el Hotel fue genial.
No estoy conforme con Trip porque resulto mas caro que Booking por donde siempre viajo, será por eso?
Por otro lado tengo tarjeta debito bancario en USD cuando quise pagar me dijeron que ya Trip lo había pasado a mi tarjeta en $U (pesos uruguayos) la que solo brindé para reservar.
De no dar la cara alguien de Trip Advisor por este tema lamentablemente jamas tomare estadía con Uds a futuro y les realizaré mala publicidad.

El Hotel merece mas cuidado y conservación, las habitaciones no están confortables y los colchones y camas no son acordes a las estrellas que dice que tiene el Hotel.
La ubicación y el desayuno excelente.
Las piscinas muy buenas y el entrono hermoso.
El Hotel es incomparable pero esta mal conservado

Excelente servicio, muy buen desayuno, piscinas espectaculares al aire libre y otras climatizada interior y de aguas termales.
Sugerimos ampliar las dimensiones de una cama de 2 plazas para gente más grande, físicamente y renovar el colchón.
La comida y el servicio insuperables.
Respecto a las piscinas externas, debería haber una infantil, pues deseamos volver con los pequeños de mi pareja.
Es muy familiar y uno se siente como si estuviera en casa. ¡Gracias por hacernos sentir así!

El hotel es un lugar mágico, es hermoso y es antiguo.
Esto conlleva a que algunas cosas estén un poco más deterioradas, siento que falta un poco de cuidado en los detalles de estructura, para el precio que pagas por noche.

This hotel used to be a big deal 100 years ago, it's still a decent hotel, but far from modern and visibly falling apart on the outside. You can see that a lot of effort went into constructing the hotel 100 years ago, but the rooms lack basic things like accessible plugs for charging (we pulled out the TV and connected a charger there). The TV was a small antiquated CRT model that probably wouldn't satisfy anybody nowadays, but we didn't need the TV anyway. It's a hard choice between giving it 3 or 4 stars, but the personnel were nice, so it's tipping to the 4 stars.

The building needs some serious repairs. You can tell it had glorious times way in the past but needs serious updating.

The hotel has seen better days. It is apparently under restoration at present -- the public areas and the view are wonderful. But the rooms need a lot of work. Stained carpets, peeling paint, and quirky plumbing are the norm. (I spoke to several other members of our group). My room's telephone was ripped from the wall; I mentioned this to the front desk but they didn't fix. One of the windows wouldn't open. I also mentioned this to the front desk, and they also didn't fix it. Fortunately a storm blew it open so I had good ventilation (no air conditioning). Electrical outlets are few and inconvenient. Wifi is free but very unreliable. Enjoy the view.
