The room was decently sized, had a bath tub as well. The bed occupied most of the space leaving a small area to move around but that was OK. The view out of the window was not bad as I had the corner room. Could see the adjacent street and church. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was efficient. The best part was the staff and food. The staff though looked grumpy and unfriendly in real they were completely opposite. Super courteous and friendly. The food was served in the room as the restaurant's air conditioning was out of order during my stay there. The food quantity was too much for me, twas equivalent to 2 meals for me. The food was super tasty and well presented. The hotel is ideally located as one can walk to the marina or other interesting local areas. Though I spent most of my time in Athens. Overall a good stay if you spend most of the time out.

Stayed here midweek for four nights (Monday to Thursday) for work in July. I really don't recognise this hotel from the bad reviews on here so can only assume it's under new ownership/management. I had a superior single booked but was given a twin so it was a decent size for one but might have been a little cramped for two people. The room had a balcony but was so high on the 7th floor that I didn't use it as I'm not great with heights. The room also had great air con and thankfully a small fridge. I had four great nights' sleep so the hotel was obviously quiet (although I believe from the students who I was supervising and stayed for a fortnight it can be noisy at weekends). It's not perfect: the tea at breakfast is (like most hotels in Europe) awful, there is not a massive choice of food at breakfast and the rooms don't have a kettle (I would take a travel kettle if you want a tea/coffee as it was an absolute godsend) but overall I was pleasantly surprised as there was little choice of hotels as we booked late. There seemed to be a smell of smoke in my room one night which I can only assume came from the room next door and the advertised roof top terrace was not available as it looked like it was being refurbished. It's not in a great area for tourists but there are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and bakeries within walking distance and the nearby curry house is very good value. The hotel is 10-15 minute walk from the Piraeus metro station and then a further 30 minutes or so to Athens' main attractions so I would allow 45-60 mins to get from the hotel to the touristy bits (I think there are buses that go some/all the way but I never worked this out as the metro seemed easy enough) A special thanks to Mario who got me some fresh milk from the kitchen on the night I arrived late. Also the cleaner was friendly and did a great job and we we were allowed to leave our luggage at reception on the day we left (we had a late flight back) Overall a great stay for what we charged. I would thoroughly recommend and with a couple of minor improvements this could be a great budget option. I might be a bit more critical if it was my own money I had been spending but still I had a really comfortable and peaceful stay.

Ho avuto una fantastica esperienza di soggiornare in questo hotel per cinque notti. Tutto era eccellente da parte di cominciare a finire. Ho arrivato al check-in il 26 agosto 2023 alle 11:00 e la mia stanza era pronta. Il signore del desk era gentile e attento. Ho fatto un passo verso la mia stanza, molto pulita e confortevole, che ospita facilmente almeno due adulti e un bambino. Tutti i bagni erano inclusi. Per mia sorpresa, c'è anche un piccolo balcone. Il mio soggiorno era per riposare, e ho fatto molto, e le camere sono molto tranquille per quanto riguarda il rumore esterno. Il rumore che arrivava dalla strada non si sentiva più e ha più a che fare con come altri ospiti si aprivano/chiudevano le porte e quanto duramente si chiudevano. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e mi aspetto la mia prossima visita.

Comodo hotel in zona Pireo, a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto e 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro che porta in centro ed in aeroporto; ottimo punto di appoggio se si ha il traghetto/aliscafo presto la mattina o tardi la sera. Le persone alla reception sono sempre molto accoglienti e gentili, veloci sia nel check-in che nel check-out, ma dando sempre tutte le informazioni necessarie. La camera era molto spaziosa, essenziale e pulita; forse dovrebbero sistemare le tende, che lasciano entrare troppa luce. Bagno piccolo ma comodo. Sconsiglio la colazione (5-6 euro) perchè troppo basic: nelle vicinanze dell'hotel si trovano molti bar, aperti già dalla mattina presto. I dintorni sembrano un po' squallidi, ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema anche arrivando molto tardi la notte. ​Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I dintorni sembrano un po' squallidi, ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema anche arrivando molto tardi la notte. ​Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
