It took my money they rip people off never stay there they stole my money trip.com they are unprofessional they are ****** the app is screwed up and the customer service sucks I never stayed at this hotel and they took my money they stole my money and they won’t refund it back arguing over the phone how can they take your money is one of trump business they take your money and on your card I never stay in this place it run by White supremacists

BEFORE YOU MAKE PLANS TO GO HERE DO YOUSELF ONE FAVOR. There is a reason why this place has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Call the hotel. Ask for the Managers name then ask to speak with him. After they give you his fake name they will be very vague on when he works and it's only for 1 or 2 hours a day. On top of that he is the ONLY manager that works there. I could tell you all the things that went wrong on my stay but there are hundreds of bad reviews you can see how poorly best host inn is ran.

Great customer service very friendly staff I really enjoy the rooms very clean the beds also very comfortable. Parking is also great. There’s not any criminal activity, safe environment for the whole family ! I will definitely come back for another stay at best host inn . Great job !

Horrible experience the people next to me was drinking and having a party all night long people coming in and out I told the front office and they did not do anything about it they was rude and got irritated with me because I called them to let them know My kids cannot sleep I cannot sleep there was pounding on the walls all night with loud music

Clean room very comfortable, I would stay again, very quiet, close to a lot.

this hotel is great for anyone. [ travelers, solos, couples, families, etc] quiet area, relaxing front view, kbf is across the street. feels good here:)

I really loved the rooms, especially for the price. There were two issues. Reason one is I was given a room that was already occupied and reason two is I woke up with some type of bites all over my arms and face.

Sweet and clean

The service here was horrible. When we arrived on Sunday to check in, after we had checked in and key was received. The receptionist stated some one would be coming in to fix the hot water was broken. After driving for 6 hours knowing we would not be able to take a hot shower was very disappointing especially as we arrived at 6pm so I felt it should have been fixed before we got there. I’m not sure if anyone ever came by to fix it as we went to dinner and notified of this but they said it would be fine as they would still be able to get in. For 2 days we did not have hot water we went the first day to complain before leaving to Disney they said they would fix it. The next day I asked for a manger. The manager argued that we weren’t waiting long enough for the how water to come out. When I argued for him to come to the room and to wait with us to see how long we needed to wait for the hot water he agreed on our way to the room he said well let me check the boiler. I argued back he didn’t need to check the boiler if his defense is that everything is working we just need to wait long enough for hot water to come. I asked for at least day refund as we were not able to shower that day and he denied said no refund! Even though we never had any hot water for our whole stay
