Mandarava Resort and Spa did not fail to impress us once again as it did back in 2015. Although the resort was undergoing reno works, there were no shortfall in regards to their service and usage of their amenities. The best part is that it's just walking distance to the eateries, shopping area and the Karon beach. Will come back again for sure!

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, le condizioni di alloggio sono anche buone. Il personale è sempre professionale per dare alle persone una sensazione di comodità, cioè non può entrare dall'hotel con la carta di backdoor. Devo andare su un grande percorso, gli altri sono molto buoni!!!

The hotel is in a good location about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main centre of Karon and the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants closer to the hotel though. Room was spacious and kept very clean each day. Pool/beach towels were provided and changed regularly. The direct pool access was lovely. Could sunbathe on the patio. And just plop into the pool anytime , day or night. In the section we stayed in the pool lights weren't working for the duration of our stay ( 6 nights ) so even though it was possible to swim at night the pool was not lit up . There were quite a few mosquitoes, but that's not the hotels fault and they did provide spray/repellent. The bathroom was a little tired looking but was very clean and the shower was hot and powerful. We did not enjoy breakfast, although there was lots of choice it wasn't really to our taste. I think it could be improved by using better quality produce . There was the option to have freshly cooked omelette but only one person cooking so most times quite a queue. Also a couple of times when we went for breakfast there were no tables free to sit at . There is a free shuttle into Karon twice a day 10am and 2 pm and taxi is available either through the hotel, on the street or using grab app. The staff were all lovely and very helpful Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Questo resort mostra la sua età. Le toletti sembrano vecchie. Devono essere cambiate. Il fiume lazy che è stato il principale attrazione non è buona manutenzione. Il livello dell'acqua nelle piscine e il fiume lazy è notevolmente inferiore di diversi pollici. Si può vedere il segno dove si trovava l'ex linea d'acqua, e quindi il fiume lato, che era un'attrazione principale, non è più così attraente. La posizione è un po'di distanza da tutto. Bene se vuoi solo un'esperienza di ristorante. Altrimenti, devi prendere un taxi per andare in città per cibo e shopping. Non c'è niente intorno al ristorante.

Vi dirò subito - ci piaceva davvero! Pensavo persino di abbandonare un altro hotel e di rimanere! Ma non prestamo attenzione alle piccole carenze, più precisamente, giriamo ma non disturbiamo:) Che cos'è bello: - grande, spazioso, nuovo chef - piscine e colli per bambini e non solo, solo 2 colli per piccole e grandi, ma basta -posso lasciare il bambino in un club dei bambini e andare a camminare -Mare 5 min la spiaggia con 100 battiti -Colazione variabile buono per 4+ , frutta di ananassi, mango, ananas, marakuya Cosa può migliorare : - siamo arrivati alle 11:30, alloggio alle 14:00, naturalmente nessuno ci ha messo in piedi, disse di aspettare. Nel contempo l'hotel è messo al 50-60% (molti fattori su cui giudico), e quando siamo tornati alle 14 non era pronto anche :( aspettato un altro min 30 ”C'è un programma di attività nel club dei bambini, ma non c'è attività stessa. Solo a Halloween. Quei bambini stanno solo tirando -la pulizia del pomeriggio e la sostituzione di tovaglioli da spiaggia può essere solo nella stanza (non molto conveniente) È tutto il piccolo, l'intero occhio un hotel degno! Grazie!

un buon hotel, non lontano dal mare, ma non la prima linea e l'hotel è situato un po' sopra il mare, si deve scendere quando si va al mare dalla collina, e poi salire su, Hato apre un panorama del mare. L'hotel dispone di tutte le attrazioni di cui hai bisogno per rilassarsi. Ci è una piscina pulita. Il personale è amichevole.

È la seconda volta che veniamo e siamo rimasti soddisfatti delle news. Il nuovo bar chillout è senza dubbio il miglior posto da dove godersi il tramonto, ringrazio Ann, Mam e So per averci sempre accolto con allegria. Abbiamo avuto modo di provare il ristorante e anche lì, tutto buonissimo ed economico, rispetto agli altri posti. Le cameriere Nine e Noina molto gentili e sorridenti. Ovviamente un ringraziamento a Daniela e Miguel che stanno facendo un meraviglioso lavoro con questo resort. Sentiremo la mancanza della natura, del cagnolone Bamboo e dei tramonti, ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

We stayed here between 24th March to 4th April 2023 The hotel is situated away from the main Karon resort up on a steep hill. It takes approx 15/20 mins to walk to the main resort. A comfortable walk down but a difficult walk back especially the last part as it is uphill. The hotel itself has a Mediterranean feel to it’s lobby and the outside garden, with jacuzzi and sauna is lovely The main restaurant is where breakfasts is served along with lunch and dinner. Breakfast was great with a good selection - the food served in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was also good - we ate in approx 3/4 nights during our stay. The room was very spacious with a huge terrace and the bathroom was lovely with a great shower! Hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a full size fridge/freezer in the room with plenty of storage and the bed was very comfortable. Great air con! The pool is located on the rooftop the 5th floor and has the most beautiful views out to the sea. The flowers around the pool are beautifully maintained. The only thing we found difficult was ordering drinks as the bar was frequently unattended and the QR code facility was temperamental The staff at this hotel were so helpful- particular the ladies at reception who helped me immensely when I had an accident and cut my foot. They helped call a clinic arrange a taxi and were consistently offering help - I was very grateful for their care and attention. I would definately return to this hotel. They deserve their excellent reviews.

Inizierò dichiarando che abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte del nostro programma di 10 notti di viaggio, e vorrei ancora sottoporre un'analisi, poiché ritengo che il modo in cui un'impresa gestisce i propri clienti in una situazione di cattiva qualità sia spesso una buona riflessione sull'impresa. Ecco, ecco. Abbiamo fatto un check-in per trovare che la piscina era completamente vuota a causa del completamento dei lavori. Il lavoro significava anche il bar al tetto e le aree del colazione erano anche chiuse. avevamo prenotato l'appartamento di 3 camere con il tetto Jacuzzi. La superficie superiore del tetto è bella e una vista fantastica, ma la scala spirale esterna per accedere a essa significava che non era accessibile per mia madre e un po' spaventata con i miei due bambini piccoli. Posso dire che l'hotel sarà fantastico quando saranno completati i loro aggiornamenti, ma vi suggerisco di chiamare e controllare prima di prenotare. Sono stato deluso dal lavoro in corso, ma è una stagione bassa, quindi è il momento migliore per gli hotel di fare queste cose e mentre l'avvertimento precedente sarebbe stato grande, era la flessibilità e la natura utile dell'hotel che voglio dire era fantastico. Ci siamo fermati una notte e abbiamo portato un fantastico colazione nella nostra stanza al mattino. Quella mattina ho parlato con la signora del front office sulle mie preoccupazioni per nessuna piscina o zona di pranzo, quando non ci ha pagato per il soggiorno completo di dieci notti che avevamo pianificato e ci ha anche aiutato a trovare un hotel alternativo e a organizzare il trasporto. (Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo sulla spiaggia di Karon ancora e grazie alla relazione Phunawa per aver reso molto più facile una situazione difficile)

Situato a Karon Beach, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, con 711 e Karon Avenue nelle vicinanze. L'hotel è bellissimo e nuovo. Anche la colazione è buona. Il personale di servizio è molto gentile e mi accoglierà in modo proattivo. Ho soggiornato per quattro giorni e ho anche aggiornato la mia tipologia di camera🏘

Upon arrival in Karon, I booked a Deluxe King studio for 1 night here, for £23, as my previously booked accommodation close by wasn't available when I arrived in Karon. I thought that price was ok for the room, but didn't realise its normally 3-4 times more expensive (which I certainly wouldn't pay) The location was good, about 150m walk off the main road. The facilities in the room were good, though I did find sound transmitted easily through the building from other rooms It was fine for a night, but I wouldn't stay here again
