L'hotel è a pochi passi dall'aeroporto che è stato bello dopo un lungo volo. Il personale è stato professionale e amichevole. C'è facile accesso chiaro alla spiaggia di Nai Yang dall'indietro dell'hotel per prendere una bella passeggiata e vedere il sole. La stanza era pulita e più spazio per me e la mia famiglia, e l’unica preoccupazione che avevamo era la quantità di anatre che appare ogni volta che ogni tipo di cibo viene messo su qualsiasi tavolo o tavolo. In generale, abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno e saremmo rimasti lì se tornassimo.

Wir haben das Hotel spontan suf unserer Rundreise gebucht und hier 3 Nächte verbracht. Die Hotelanlage ist neu, aber entspricht eher einem 4 Sterne Hotel.1000 Baht sind zwingend in bar als Kaution zu hinterlegen. Frühstücksauswahl ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu gering. Kaffemaschinen sind für die Anzahl der Gäste deutlich zu langsam. Vorallem ist grundsätzlich meistens eine Maschine ausser Betrieb weil Milch oder Bohnen fehlen oder der Auffangbehälter geleert werden musste. Mindestens 80% der Hotelgäste sind aus Russland, der Rest verteilt sich auf europäische und asiatische Gäste. Wir hatten an einem Tag einen Ausflug gebucht und benötigten um 08:30 Uhr ein Taxi. Ich bat an der Rezeption darum eines zu rufen. Erst wurde ich vergessen, nach meiner Erinnerung nach wenigen Minuten wurde ich nach einer Taxitelefonummer gefragt?! Woher sollte ich als Gast die Telefonnummer einer Taxizentrale haben? Die Reaktion verwunderte mich sehr. Die Mitarbeiterin blätterte dann in einem schwarzen Buch, sprach mit jemanden und schickte mich mit den Worten ”not available now” einfach weg. Wir mussten dann die Straße absuchen und einen Fahrer für völlig überteuertes Geld nehmen und kamen zu spät an unserem Ziel an. Im allgemeinen waren leider nicht alle vom Personal freundlich. Im Gebäude F, indem wir unser Zimmer hatten, hörte man die Moschee aus der Nachbarschaft zu verschiedenen Zeiten am Tag. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen.

It was 10 min drive from the airport, so it was perfect for us as our flight arrival was late in the evening. The staffs were all very nice, polite. Breakfast was decent, however some areas were a bit hot because didn’t get much fan. Really loved their own classic scent for the shampoos and other amenities. So good that I made sure I buy some of its body wash and massage oil from their retail shop. Will definitely consider staying again. Amazing price for the value. Also there are many local shops, restaurants, and massage places by the beach, which is right next to the resort. This was quite nice. But, the beach itself is not as good as other private beaches we have been in Phuket.

Actually this is my second time in Pullman. After three years pandemic, i was so eager to go Thailand again. When I was searching the hotel in Phuket, actually i knew I wanted to stay in Pullman again. I had a great stay in this hotel. If you are looking for somewhere far from the town which may be full of people and you just want to enjoy some quiet time. This hotel is perfect for you. It’s very close to airport, around 15 mins. Except the restaurants in the hotel (which are also quite good), you can find street food outside the hotel and near the beach! I enjoyed staying next to the pool everyday and I love they have happy hour from 4-6pm everyday. :) You have to take the car between lobby to your room which is fine to me because I don’t stay much time in my room! The breakfast is so good! I love it!!!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, la nostra villa del giardino era spaziosa, confortevole e fredda. La pulizia giornaliera ci ha sempre fatto sentire bene e il personale era molto attento. La piscina di immersione nella nostra villa ha tenuto il nostro 4 anni di giornata divertente e sicura (come il suo cavo) ed è stato un grande bonus.L'uomo che lavorava il ponte sulla spiaggia era molto amichevole e ha dato a nostro figlio un certo numero di trattamenti che lo hanno fatto sentire molto bene.

La prenotazione era per direttamente dopo il volo, l’indirizzo era stato comunicato ad un operatore turistico per il pick-up e così via. Se non avessi avuto internet tra voli non avrei nemmeno saputo. Per riferimento, ho ricevuto il messaggio alle 7 del giorno prima della prima notte. Assolutamente no, consiglierei a tutti voi che leggete questo per considerare la mancanza di impegno e di rispetto!

I calmly used the Internet: read the news, mail, YouTube. 3) The room cleaning servise is every day and the cleaning is excellent. They never forgot to get anything, they did everything quickly and accurately. 4) It was possible to order food in the lobby of the hotel (main building). I highly recommend fried rice with chicken and Mango Fresh, very tasty. The baby was eating just chicken without any spices, he was pleased. 5) Communication with the staff also gave only positive emotions: they solved all problems and tasks, told important news, ordered a taxi. 6) We were completely satisfied with the location of the hotel: a thin road leads from the hotel to the beach (left, 3-5 minutes on foot), is usually used by bikes. If you go straight from the hotel, then you can walk to the market in about 20 minutes (it works on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday). If you go to the right, past the Title condo, you will reach 7-Eleven, although there are so many in the area. 7) We prefered to eat at Phen's cafe. For three years of visiting Nai Yang we have never found a place where the price-quality food would be better. A pleasant surprise was a 10% discount for residents of Pensiri House. The bed mattress is really hard, also like in other hotels. After living in Pensiri, we stayed in a hotel in Surin, then in two hotels in Bangkok - the bed is also everywhere like that. My back, of course, was ill but i fill myself better after swimming. The shower pressure is weak. But, this didn’t bother us, it just took a little longer to do shower. Total. Great 4 weeks in a great hotel. A huge quantity of pluses, wonderful staff, wonderful holiday. I sincerely hope to come here again :)
