Bella Nara Phuket Naiyang Beach

Everything was beautiful in the hotel, the cleanliness and the treatment of the reception staff, especially the employee Wissa. She was friendly, and the hotel is close to the sea and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and will come back again

New hotel, very clean. Comfortable bed. Pool access rooms are really great, very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants serving delicious food on the beach, massages, convenient stores, money exchange etc.. 10mins driving from airport. Great staff and service. The only thing: if you don't want cleaning lady to wake you up at 9.30am, put the "Do not disturb" on the door..

A lovely and clean hotel near Naiyang beach. We had the room with the pool connected to the back patio and it was so worth it. There was a bar in the pool so that made getting drinks and snacks very convenient. Drinks were pretty expensive for Thailand but given it’s in the hotel pool bar, price was somewhat justified. There were lots of restaurants nearby and tons of stands for smoothies, roti, thai bites etc.

I highly encourage you to look elsewhere. Their entire team is unprofessional. The level of service and English communication skills are terrible for Phuket standards. We booked on a Wednesday to stay that same day. The system had an error and it immediately cancelled. So I booked again and it processed. When we arrived they said the booking was for Friday. We told them about the system error and asked them to change it so we had a place to sleep that night. They refused and asked me to book again since they still had rooms available. We talked to the manager the next morning and they still refused to refund us even though we had just woken up from THEIR beds. I have never met an entire staff this dishonest. All they wanted was a few extra dollars even at the expense of principles and guest experience.

A disgraceful deceitful establishment. Thank goodness it was only a 1 night stay near airport.. DO NOT waste your money here. It is not 5 star as advertised, more like a 2 star. No smiles ,no welcome, personal belongings went missing. The “porter” stands by desk and watches you carry your own luggage about. Worst part is the deluxe pool rooms.. especially 407 & 517 look straight onto a public corridor & down on to air con units . Bed bugs.. see photo, son was eaten alive. Dirty sheets & and over powering smell. I had to call reception at 3am due to screaming and arguing in next room, also packs of wild dogs barking all night, and rubbish strewn outside. We asked for the pool view rooms we booked to be told there were none. Trip. Com tells us they tried to get refund but hotel has ignored with a response saying they knew nothing of problems. In which case, why did they follow me out and try to apologise ? Hmmm Wow.. what a place.

This hotel was in a great location across from the beach. Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. They had a variety of food for breakfast. Some of the rooms you could step out in the balcony & into the pool. I would stay there again on my next visit.

I made a last-minute reservation after being deceived by a neighboring 4-star resort, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and welcoming staff. Additionally, I was fortunate enough to receive a room with pool access.

Good location not far from airport. Have restaurant and minimart around. Have bicycle free. Can walk or bike to national park Room clean and new

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely rooms with excellent pool facilities. Would definitely recommend rooms with pool access. Handy for airport and in a quieter area of Phuket which is what we wanted.
