Hotel aperto nel dicembre 2023. Pulizia, tutto nuovo. Molto benvenuto, personale orientato al cliente. Avevamo incluso il colazione. Qui sul sistema a-la carta, non la tavola svedese. Una zona ideale per la piscina. Molto buona sala sportiva, c'è tutto quello che hai bisogno. Durante il giorno, la navetta corre verso la spiaggia e la strada locale con negozi, caffè e mercati. Niente in accesso passo per passo, nessuna zona di cammino. Ma non rovina l'impressione. Il tempo all'hotel era grande. Per un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole c'è tutto.L'hotel è sicuramente raccomandato.

We are frequent clients of Pavilions since 2016 with interruption during Covid. It is our 5th stay (2-weeks long at Ocean View Villa). We can thus compare performances between before and after the Covid periods. There are significant differences to note: Before Covid, the hotel proposed packages at pricing below what are offered now, like ”Romance Destination” including: * transfer airport-hotel round trip with fresh towels, water and fruits * Food massages * Body massages * Afternoon Tea every day * Candle light diner in room or at Plantation * 20% discount on F&B * 30% discount for spa massage Now (after Covid period) the negative aspects are: * No more breakfast at Alto (Plantation) which was nice because tuned for VIP guests * Breakfast at Firefly are with less choice and mixed with all kind of guests * Waiting time for buggy much longer than before (probably due to lack of personnel) Positive aspects are: * Very positive points for the staff; especially thanks to Matthew and Antony who their kindless and efficiency. * The application for the activities, reservation is an excellent tool making the contact with the hotel very efficiently * Also thanks to the personnel at Firefly and at lobby: always smiling and friendly! * Special appreciation for Mrs Toon who did housekeeping very very well

L'hotel è super bella, l'alloggio è anche la traduzione cinese! Abbiamo ricevuto il gelato di benvenuto e il ghiaccio di bevanda è particolarmente buono. Ci siamo trasferiti nella piscina di Rayan Pirelli. Andiamo direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina grande nel cortile. Il colazione è molto vicino e può andare direttamente. La stanza è molto profumata, ci sono anche profumo, non c'è nessuna lama. Il mare può catturare il giardino di giardino è molto interessante! La profondità della piscina pubblica è molto adatta per bambini e adulti a nuotare. La colazione è molto deliziosa!Il servizio della cena è anche molto buono impressionante!La notte è andata alla stanza e ho aperto il letto notturno, ho inviato un insieme di olio d'oliva. Non riesco a capire in inglese, penso che sia una difesa per un olio d'oliva! Purtroppo, questa volta ha vissuto due giorni, e il giorno dopo ha lasciato il mare senza tempo per sperimentare il progetto dell'hotel, e la prossima volta arriverà! La mancanza: la spiaggia dell'hotel è in mare, ha un po'di sapore. Il primo giorno è arrivato all'hotel, è particolarmente blu. Purtroppo, dopo la pioggia è un po'sottile! L'aria del bagno non è molto buona, si consiglia di rafforzare l'attrezzatura ventilata!

This is a quiet private villa with one of the best service. I’m entering Phuket sandbox alone expecting to get bored by the end of the first week. Boy I was so wrong, this villa make me feel like home. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Give me many good recommendations on restaurants and stores. Well equipped kitchenette with stoves and fridge. Five mins drive to the beach, unlimited luxury restaurants and local fresh market. Safe and quiet enough for a daily stroll. I visited Phuket many time in the pass 10 years. This might be the best time to visit this city due to less tourist. You can get great value on almost everything. Pristine beach and the most relaxing atmosphere Phuket get to offer.

The location was lovely, a little remote gem in the mountains near(ish) Layan Beach. The staff was friendly and and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious! A few things to note if you plan on staying here: 1. You will be a little ways from the beach and some of the shopping areas so make sure you factor that into your plans. 2. There is a 2,000 bht cash deposit upon arrival, so make sure you pick up some cash at the airport, the nearest ATM is a 30 min walk or 5 min taxi away. 3. Consider downloading Grab, it will make access to restaurants and taxis more manageable, but the staff at the resort will help you if technology isn’t a good friend. A couple things for the staff of AKRA: 1. We absolutely loved our stay, and you all made us feel very welcome! Thank you! 2. The wifi box in the bedroom has a green light that is really bright, a little piece of tape would be nice 😀

Situato nella terza linea, non è così rumoroso lì. Cammina dritto lungo la strada, a 10 minuti a piedi arrivi a Bangla. 5 punti per la posizione. Il servizio è tipico best western, che è pienamente accettabile per quel prezzo. Solo il balcone è un po' piccolo.

Questo è il miglior hotel in cui siamo stati in Tailandia questa volta. Una famiglia di quattro persone, due grandi e due piccole, ha prenotato una villa con due camere da letto con piscina. In effetti, una camera da letto è sufficiente per vivere e ce n'è un'altra molto L'ampia sala da pranzo e il soggiorno sono al centro delle due camere da letto, adatte per portare i bambini.Questa posizione è anche molto buona e comoda per andare ovunque.Ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi dal mercato del pesce di Banzaan, 13 minuti a piedi a Patong Beach, e 10 minuti a piedi dal grande supermercato Big C. Ci sono diversi piccoli supermercati 7/11 sulla strada di fronte all'hotel.Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono.Il bus navetta dell'hotel può andare alla porta della stanza e portarti nella hall dell'hotel o portarti dalla porta alla stanza.Anche la colazione è buona.Oltre al buffet, puoi anche ordinare cibo dal menu gratuitamente.Il menu è molto ricco. La colazione può anche essere consegnata in camera. Ordina la colazione con un giorno di anticipo. È gratuito. È un hotel che vale la pena scegliere a Phuket

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. I ristoranti sulla spiaggia sono tutti proprio di fronte all'hotel. C'è anche un minimarket, un buon bar e un bancomat a 5 minuti a piedi. La spiaggia di Yanui/Cape phrom thep è a soli 5-10 minuti in taxi o in bicicletta. Le dimensioni dell'hotel sono adeguate, la reception e il personale sono cordiali e, soprattutto, l'atmosfera nell'alloggio è davvero buona. Le stanze sono circondate dalla piscina, quindi tutte tranne alcune stanze nell'angolo sono strutture di accesso alla piscina, quindi puoi usare il tuo lettino e non è necessario proteggere la tua privacy semplicemente chiudendo le tende. Tutto il personale è cordiale e i prezzi sono ottimi. Ho avuto un buon riposo.
