Hotel in zona Nai Yang Beach, Phuket

Wir haben das Hotel spontan suf unserer Rundreise gebucht und hier 3 Nächte verbracht. Die Hotelanlage ist neu, aber entspricht eher einem 4 Sterne Hotel.1000 Baht sind zwingend in bar als Kaution zu hinterlegen. Frühstücksauswahl ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu gering. Kaffemaschinen sind für die Anzahl der Gäste deutlich zu langsam. Vorallem ist grundsätzlich meistens eine Maschine ausser Betrieb weil Milch oder Bohnen fehlen oder der Auffangbehälter geleert werden musste. Mindestens 80% der Hotelgäste sind aus Russland, der Rest verteilt sich auf europäische und asiatische Gäste. Wir hatten an einem Tag einen Ausflug gebucht und benötigten um 08:30 Uhr ein Taxi. Ich bat an der Rezeption darum eines zu rufen. Erst wurde ich vergessen, nach meiner Erinnerung nach wenigen Minuten wurde ich nach einer Taxitelefonummer gefragt?! Woher sollte ich als Gast die Telefonnummer einer Taxizentrale haben? Die Reaktion verwunderte mich sehr. Die Mitarbeiterin blätterte dann in einem schwarzen Buch, sprach mit jemanden und schickte mich mit den Worten ”not available now” einfach weg. Wir mussten dann die Straße absuchen und einen Fahrer für völlig überteuertes Geld nehmen und kamen zu spät an unserem Ziel an. Im allgemeinen waren leider nicht alle vom Personal freundlich. Im Gebäude F, indem wir unser Zimmer hatten, hörte man die Moschee aus der Nachbarschaft zu verschiedenen Zeiten am Tag. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen.

This is truly the best place in Thailand where I rested. There will be many words, but I will try to give the maximum information about the hotel in the April 2020. 1) The room is huge! The bed is large: the three of us slept comfortably (me, my wife and child 3 years old). The air conditioning was powerful, it cooled the room perfectly. Who writes that he is blowing on the bed, just adjust the angle of the ”curtains”. The fridge freezer has got a spesial form for an ice, which I have not seen in any hotel in Thailand. Whiskey + ice = great evening on the balcony;) The balcony is good - there are a table (constantly used in the room), two armchairs, a clothes dryer. 2) The wi-fi is wonderful. I calmly used the Internet: read the news, mail, YouTube. 3) The room cleaning servise is every day and the cleaning is excellent. They never forgot to get anything, they did everything quickly and accurately. 4) It was possible to order food in the lobby of the hotel (main building). I highly recommend fried rice with chicken and Mango Fresh, very tasty. The baby was eating just chicken without any spices, he was pleased. 5) Communication with the staff also gave only positive emotions: they solved all problems and tasks, told important news, ordered a taxi. 6) We were completely satisfied with the location of the hotel: a thin road leads from the hotel to the beach (left, 3-5 minutes on foot), is usually used by bikes. If you go straight from the hotel, then you can walk to the market in about 20 minutes (it works on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday). If you go to the right, past the Title condo, you will reach 7-Eleven, although there are so many in the area. 7) We prefered to eat at Phen's cafe. For three years of visiting Nai Yang we have never found a place where the price-quality food would be better. A pleasant surprise was a 10% discount for residents of Pensiri House. Now I will describe not quite the cons, but rather the features of the hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator (only 3 floors). This did not bother us. The bed mattress is really hard, also like in other hotels. After living in Pensiri, we stayed in a hotel in Surin, then in two hotels in Bangkok - the bed is also everywhere like that. My back, of course, was ill but i fill myself better after swimming. The shower pressure is weak. But, this didn’t bother us, it just took a little longer to do shower. Total. Great 4 weeks in a great hotel. A huge quantity of pluses, wonderful staff, wonderful holiday. I sincerely hope to come here again :)

It was 10 min drive from the airport, so it was perfect for us as our flight arrival was late in the evening. The staffs were all very nice, polite. Breakfast was decent, however some areas were a bit hot because didn’t get much fan. Really loved their own classic scent for the shampoos and other amenities. So good that I made sure I buy some of its body wash and massage oil from their retail shop. Will definitely consider staying again. Amazing price for the value. Also there are many local shops, restaurants, and massage places by the beach, which is right next to the resort. This was quite nice. But, the beach itself is not as good as other private beaches we have been in Phuket.

Il cibo al ristorante era altrettanto impressionante. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla qualità del cibo, che ha superato le mie aspettative. Consiglio vivamente di provare i piatti locali perché erano particolarmente deliziosi. Ciò che mi ha veramente colpito, tuttavia, è stato il livello di servizio fornito dal personale. Erano attenti, cortesi e hanno fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessi un soggiorno confortevole. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato fino al momento in cui sono partito, mi sono sentito un ospite stimato. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo resort a chiunque visiti Phuket. La posizione, la vista, il cibo e il servizio sono tutti di prim'ordine. Non vedo l'ora di tornare e soggiornare nuovamente qui.

Il giorno dopo, mi sono fermato qui, la mia prima scelta è stata completamente prenota. Era buona e il proprietario mi ha aiutato a lasciarmi all'aeroporto HKT gratuitamente, anche se il pranzo e il colazione tardi erano troppo costosi. La stanza era troppo costosa perché le strutture e la decorazione sono tutti un po 'dato e stanco, ma per una notte vicino all'aeroporto di Phuket serviva un fine.

La nostra stanza al piano è molto pulita e tranquilla, e l'hotel è situato in un buon posto sulla spiaggia di Xiyang.L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto, e la ricetta è molto felice di aiutare. Ci permettono di soggiornare in anticipo a condizione che non ci siano soldi diplomatici. La ricetta dell'hotel Mario ci aiuta a giocare e organizzare i progetti turistici.Il colazione è incluso nel nostro prezzo di casa, che è un buon modo per iniziare un nuovo giorno. Abbiamo anche mangiato qualche cena qui, e tutti i cibi sono deliziosi.Anche se è un hotel economico, abbiamo ricevuto il servizio di prima classe delle donne dalla reception.

Scuola carina vicino all'atmosfera accogliente dell'aeroporto di Phuket Amichevole, il proprietario della scuola e tutti i membri del personale sono molto carini 🥰 Camere pulite, profumo, attrezzature per camera completa. Ci è anche una microonde nella camera. Vetro, piatti e bolle sono ben sigillati. Senta la cura, pulito, sicuro dall'alloggio, passeggiata verso il mare. L'area circostante ha sette ristoranti e caffè. M è molto buono 👍
