Resort was excellent.

The hotel was not ready to service customers at good level. Seemed like 1/2 of staff has been sent to vacation and many areas are under repair/construction. Beach pool area was not cleaned well and not well managed, there was also very limited number of sunbeds. The beach itself was also not cleaned enough. We also tried restaurant once, terrible experience again. Very slow and unexperienced staff.After this we decided to leave earlier, before end of our booked period.

The room is ok. The way to hotel is quite dark with few light. Service is great

Location, which was on the beach, was excellent. Very calm. Breakfast was great. Rooms were decorated nicely and clean.

Perfect for our kids. They loved the green space/swimming pools. Overall atmosphere was excellent.

房間是直通泳池的，打開落地窗就能出去，有躺椅，這是我喜歡的～哈～ 酒店距離沙灘非常近，餐廳走出去就是，還有個室外游泳池，泳池走過去就是沙灘，有個鞦韆～這邊的沙灘人不多，可以看日落～ 周邊我用軟件叫外賣，最近的都要十公里，不過這裡有餐廳，早中晚都有，價格並不貴，晚上在餐廳吃，直麪大海～ 我是為了去斯米蘭才入住這邊，距離機場也很近，但吃玩會粗方便，距離芭東幾十公里～

位置太偏太偏，啥都沒有！沒什麼人，晚上的時候你除了待酒店，根本就沒什麼娛樂！出去的時候，得打車，這邊打車還不便宜！我們還訂了三晚，後悔死！所謂的度假村，就是個泳池，泳池底部也很臟！房內設施也不像是2023年裝修的！最離譜的是沒有拖鞋提供，要自己去前台拿，而且不能丟失，他們要回收，就稍微厚一點的那種一次性拖鞋，丟失了得賠300泰銖一雙，離了大譜！

房間設施一般，但風景絕美！餐廳就在海邊！去斯米蘭島也方便，可以8點10分才上車

Unclean, unhygienic, very rude staff 1. They just bluntly refuse for basic things on your face. Whether it’s something included in your tarrif like refilling fruits and milk in the buffet breakfast within the breakfast window or not included but totally basic - My kid fell down the stairs and was bleeding badly. They saw and refused to give detol or bandaid at the first aid station. No exaggeration here - they were mean at a human level Pls never stay. It’s so unfortunate that they have a beautiful location and they have made nothing out of it. Below average infrastructure but what’s worse is that it’s poorly kept. Unkept lawns, fungus in pool, like it’s never cleaned, stale food, zero on hospitality.

The worst service at a hotel you can ever meet. I was charged money at the checkout for dirty towels in my room. They were just with some earth and sand from the beach. Em, this is inappropriate. Towels are supposed to be consumables for good hotels, they are not supposed to be clean after guests…If they are dirty it’s hotel’s duty to wash them or replace. Not a guest’s problem. Cringe.

Old hotel, beds like concrete, no hot water for shower (had to get maintenance to sort it). Room smelt musty and was overwhelming. Room size good bathroom basic. No robe, slippers nor umbrella in room. Tv was a terrible static picture. Pool was green (don’t put head under) pondsfilthy. Breakfast 400 bath was terrible. Hotel grounds run down. Might have been ok ten years ago looks unloved.

Nice hotel with it’s own beach. Very friendly staff, they go above and beyond for you. We very quite unlucky with the weather as arrived mid September and unfortunately were not able to use the pool or stay at the beach as it was windy and wet. Might try again different time of the year.
