房間舒適度算好，但從商場要找到酒店非常困難，標示相當不清楚，櫃檯入住時多收10元馬幣，說是稅金，令我們覺得很奇怪，因為入住其他酒店都沒有，後來又通知我們搞錯了，又退給我們，服務員對程序不清楚
