I have mixed reviews here. The hotel was great for the price we paid, the staff was kind and did their best to accommodate us. However the camera in that was placed in front of our bathroom window where it has direct access to us was suspect. So my issue is with the owner, not the staff. They were great.

The Pe La Resort is a perfect little hideaway that provides a home away from home. The private villa-style room offered a large living room space as soon as you enter, accompanied by a smart TV and large L-Couch. After a few days exploring, a night in to recharge was definitely worth it. A large bathroom with a bathtub and open wet room style shower. The bedroom, equally as large and comfortable with enough space to really settle into whilst on your stay. The staff were lovely and offered to help at every chance. Very welcoming and inviting. The location is a great spot if you want to be out of the thick of the busy areas, but also close enough to reach there under 30 minutes. Would go again and highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights as a large family, split into 2 seperate units. Both units were a Two Bedroom Suite located on the ground floor. The whole resort was recently refurbished, so the interior design from the lobby to restaurant to rooms and toilet were very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you need to cook a meal. Rooms were very clean and the shower pressure was great. Resort is located just off the main road and close to Kamala Beach, though renting a scooter might be easier. Staff were generally very friendly. Some small issues: resort could use much better landscaping (weeds, overgrown grass) pool was small but good, breakfast could have better variety. Overall extremely pleasant stay! Wouldn't hesitate to be back.

酒店坐落於KAMALA海灘附近，離海灘8-9百米；房間設備齊全，乾淨衞生，有公共泳池；旁邊有超市、便利店、菜場；對面有間小酒吧；旁邊有機場巴士經過（普吉機場-拉威來回）非24小時前台7:00-20:00（早起去機場，需提前告知）

千萬不要訂這家酒店，我們預訂了兩晚入住當天房間裏一股黴味就是已經很久沒人住的樣子，酒店很破，早餐也很單一不是自助形式的！根本不值這點錢！第二天我們申請退一天酒店的錢，都不肯退衹退了500塊！那些好評也不知道哪裡來的！聽勸不要住中國人不騙中國人！旁邊就是一條馬路就像在鄉下一樣沒有任何設施就一家超市，從來不寫評論的！千萬別上當！別上當！

早餐需要單點，都很好吃！！定的行程1小孩2大人早餐免費，這裏的所有人態度都好好阿，我們最後一天一大早去蛋島還幫我們打包早餐。步行20分鐘可以到Kamala中心沙灘，出門右轉3分鐘有711和super cheap，500米有一個bigc，不是鬧市區，租個摩託更方便，適合喜歡慢節奏安逸純度假的來。隨手一拍都是大片！

房間蠻好的，兩個房間，一家人住挺合適的。附近有超市，可以買菜回來自己燒飯吃，出門步行十分鐘左右就能到海邊。

First the hotel placement is very noisy and far away from the main area of Kamala beach! So you either need taxi or scooter. There are two quirky cafes at 5 minutes walk (Chiang mai coffee and black house). We arrived and at first it seem ok with the one bedroom suite and a balconie. However the pools were looking a little dirty and been told reception is closed from 7pm until the morning ! My 2,5 year old then walk in their garden near the pool and found a dead rat which she almost picked up ! We were on the third floor with no elevator and broken stair ! Cracks on the walls, curtain stained with humidity mold, towel rack fell down when putting a towel on it…. We left after 1 night! Kamala feels very Benidorm like too not very authentic or family friendly ….. very very busy We tried to email the hotel manager and ask for some sort of compensation as left 3 nights early but never got a reply!

This is a beautiful resort, very clean, orderly, amazing staff and great service. There are however a few points. It is noisy, the road and bar across the road and the mosque close by is heard 24/7. Why not put in noise proof windows and this is solved. Some rooms have sun beds some don’t Either all have or none. Breakfast is a’la carte. It is ok, but staff is wasome. I would like to come back, just become staff and room is great. But really hope they fix the sound issue. Easy and cheap, sound proof windows for all facing the street.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pe La and would probably return but be warned that you don't get what they promise you. At the time we stayed their website promised a wonderful restaurant, a poolside bar and a courtesy bus into town but there were none of these. We arrived looking forward to a nice relaxing dinner with a glass of wine but there was no restaurant and no bar. We were sent to a bar across the road which was ok but not what we'd been looking forward to. When we complained to ********** they insisted the bar & restaurant were open but they weren't - we had our breakfast in the 'restaurant' but it shut when breakfast finished. Breakfast was very pleasant but with very little choice. One day we wanted to use the courtesy bus to go into town but when we asked for it they wanted to know why we thought there was a courtesy bus and we showed them where it was promised on their website. To be fair it was removed from their website very quickly but the nonsense about their restaurant, staffed with the top chefs brought in from Bangkok, remained. We had a poolside villa which was exceptionally good and the resort was kept clean & tidy all the time. The staff were very helpful but very few of them spoke any English so if we had a question we had to wait until the right person came on duty. I haven't checked what's on their website now about the bar and restaurant but if, like us these are important to you then you'd better make enquiries before you book - however, as they didn't reply to the email we sent them a couple of days before we arrived that might be difficult.
