Hotel davvero carino, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Situato convenientemente a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Kata e a 10 minuti dalla meno affollata Kata Noi. Un po' in salita, ma la salita è breve e per niente difficile. Alcuni bei caffè di cucina tailandese e due chef di tipo europeo con i migliori hamburger nelle vicinanze, anche un Family Mart e un buon massaggio (Tum Rub) a solo un paio di passi dall'hotel. Cose che ci sono piaciute dell'hotel: design fantastico, vero letto king-size (ma è difficile e non tutti lo adorano), divano comodo. Nessun odore sgradevole di fogna, wi-fi decente (sufficiente per videoconferenze e lavoro da remoto) e condizionatore che fa egregiamente il suo lavoro. Inoltre: il personale più accogliente di sempre! Il servizio caffè su chiamata è il migliore :) Cose che abbiamo trovato meno piacevoli: l'hotel non è nuovissimo e si vede dai piccoli dettagli come il rubinetto coperto di calcare nel bagno o la base ammaccata del divano. I bagni non sono completamente separati dalle camere, sentirete ogni rumore e sentirete ogni cattivo odore. L'edificio dell'hotel si trova vicino a una strada trafficata, quindi potrebbe darti fastidio se hai il sonno leggero. La pulizia non è perfetta e ci hanno cambiato la biancheria forse una volta alla settimana. La doccia, anche se calda, era debole (nessuna speranza di lavare via la sabbia dai capelli). Inoltre non posso consigliare vivamente il ristorante dell'hotel, il cibo è costoso e lo aspetti da anni. Anche se la colazione sembrava avere molte varietà e sembrava abbastanza decente. Nel complesso ci sono alcuni aspetti negativi, ma nel complesso è un buon posto in cui soggiornare.

I am a student coming from University of Nevada Las Vegas, preparing launching a survey on my journey this time as part of my portfolio. However, I had a bad fever before checking in. Thanks to C-trip employee who helped me to negotiate with the hotel manager, I regret to say the manager refused to refund on coin to me due to my reservation is unrefundable. However, I booked 5 days with 300 US dollars, at which point I negotiated to refund a part of my money, and it was denied. This is an awful experience, and this hotel is not human-oriented but purely profit-oriented. From my personal experience, it is extremely under my expectation for its unnegotiable attitudes. It will be as part of my research report

Located at Kata Beach, easy to reach via car Good bed, well staff, adequate amenities, clean room Plenty of breakfast style But I experienced abnormal noise from air conditioners during the night, try to reach staff but not success, no one pick up the line Remote for TV is out of order, may be run out of battery

I spent a lovely week at this hotel in Phuket, and overall, it was a pleasant experience! The room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept nice and tidy—no complaints about cleanliness at all. The pool looked inviting, though I didn’t get a chance to swim. From what I saw, it’s open until around 8 PM, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the evening if you like. One of the best things? The beach is just a 5-minute walk away—super convenient for morning strolls or sunset views. A small heads-up, though: it can get a bit noisy in the evenings because of a nearby food market with music. Also, there might be some construction starting soon, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

The stay was okay. You can see the outside needs remodeling but everyone waa amazing with us. Except the cleaning lady that was a little bit rude. Is good option in Kata

The swimming Pool water temperature is very low . The Breakfast is very good . The team is helpful . Quite tiring to access the hotel .

For me the only advantage of the hotel was its location. It is on walking distance from Kata amd Kata Noi beaches, though both places were nice but mostly for some activities, like surfing, parasailing , the sea was wavy. It was a little far from Phuket international airport, the traffic was heavy and it took 2 hours to get airport. I am not very satisfied with breakfast, we stayed with family ( 3 people and paid more than 900 Baht for breakfast) with that money it was possible to eat better food in nearby restaurants, and mainly it was the same food during 4 days. Every day had to remind to make up the room, take out or empty the wastebasket accordingly we had lack of water, toilet paper, tissue paper, there wasn't tooth brush and paste at all. Second time will not go for sure.

Everything’s quite fine for me, just the bath tub is not working properly. Staffs able to handle quick cleaning enough for the mistake.

Good locaton, easily to walk to the beach and some rooms got a beach view. Staff was very kind. Parking was plenty. Comfort bed.

I do not share such ardent enthusiasm for this hotel. The cost is far from budget, the price does not match the quality at all:(The stench of dampness and mold, plus sewage. The furniture is pretty old, and there are huge dirty spots on the refrigerator. The sheets are in holes. A separate story is the curtains: torn in a sieve)) Thank God they didn't take breakfast. The main representatives at the hotel are Russians.

No hot water is always a deal breaker for me! Main shower head also wasn’t working and the drain was severely clogged room 222
