Servizi: sono tutti molto buoni, l'aria condizionata è fresca e il frigorifero è facile da usare Igiene: pulito e ordinato, pulito ogni giorno Comodo ambiente circostante e comodo trasporto Servizio: molto buono, ho soggiornato per 9 giorni consecutivi, ero troppo pressato per il check-out l'ultimo giorno, ho ricevuto una chiamata con qualche minuto di ritardo e non ci sono stati problemi.

È gravemente incoerente con la promozione online, non c'è colazione, l'acqua della piscina è molto sporca, la pulizia della camera non è tempestiva, l'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception è scadente, il prezzo è gonfiato, le strutture di servizio non sono all'altezza posto, il minimo può essere dato solo un punto, se posso dargli zero punti, gli darò sicuramente un punteggio zero, spero che tu non cada in nessuna trappola!

Secondo soggiorno perché sono tornato per una notte per lasciare la Thailandia. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e super cordiale. La camera era sempre pulita e aveva tutto il necessario. Ritornerei di nuovo se mai fossi a Phuket!

L'acqua è molto sporca. Prenota una camera con vasca. Ma non può più essere utilizzato. È come se sapessi che era rotto molto tempo fa. Nessuno lo sta aggiustando. Lo shock è così bello. Lo schermo è stupido.

Ho prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e mi hanno dato due letti molto piccoli nella camera standard. Ho chiesto al servizio clienti e mi hanno detto che non potevano cambiarli se erano al completo. La prima notte non c'erano asciugamani da bagno e il gli asciugamani da bagno della seconda notte erano molto logori L'unica cosa positiva è che il cameriere è molto entusiasta

Decoze is off the main road but close enough to walk and enjoy Kathu. The balcony is small but has furniture. Refrigerator only works with the smart key in, but the reception let me leave it in the room. They were very nice and quick with all the transactions. I didn't try the breakfast bc we like Patong Beach for that and it's only 15min Grab ride away, shorter if you take a Grab Scooter. The room has English channels and a desk. No complaints.

First of all it’s super clean and newly renovated Staff is nice and help with with my luggage to bring to my room Hotel have restaurant as well and prices are very generous I eat cheaper in hotel then restaurant outside and food is also taste good In room have all the amenities which you need for stay Clean towels and room service everyday Recommend and price is cheap luxurious room what else need amazing stay at de coze It’s a hidden gem.

Service was so good it made my day i had seen any service greater than this one i really enjoyed eveysingle thing they offered majorly the aroma of the room and hotel was superb and i really loved the service provided by the employees .Moerover,I am planning to book the particular one whenever i am gonna get there again

Amazing hotel in Phuket nice location. warm hospitality... decent behaviour of staffs ... pleasant environment...cleaning and other services are really nice...overall superb management...and food served here is delicious...

We had wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location near the market , 711 is at doorstep, beach is just a short walk making it easy to explore the area The hotel also has beautiful pool which is the prefect spot to relax and unwind. Restaurant is also really very nice All in all it’s a complete package in a so reasonable price

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed by the outstanding staff. Every member of staff is friendly. The restaurant food was delicious with variety of well prepared food. The pool area is really nice with pool table also there for guests As for the overall services they were seamless and efficient and additional services like laundry, taxi or motor bike rentals were handled with great efficiency. Overall the exceptional staff and fantastic restaurant and other amenities. Highly recommended
