Hotel fantastico! Questo hotel ha ottimi servizi, una camera grande e pulita, un grande balcone, una bella piscina e un WiFi veloce! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per il prezzo accessibile! Anche la colazione è deliziosa!

Esperienza terribile: ce ne siamo andati dopo la prima notte Abbiamo prenotato 5 notti al 7Q Patong Beach Hotel, ma il nostro soggiorno è stato così scomodo che ce ne siamo andati dopo la prima notte. La camera era mal tenuta, con mobili antiquati e un odore di muffa che rendeva impossibile rilassarsi. L'atmosfera dell'hotel era completamente sbagliata e il personale era poco disponibile e scortese, rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora peggiore. Abbiamo provato ad annullare il resto del nostro soggiorno e ottenere un rimborso, ma l'hotel si è rifiutato di riconoscere le nostre preoccupazioni e ha respinto le nostre richieste. Nonostante la perdita dei nostri soldi, abbiamo scelto di andarcene perché il disagio e l'atmosfera negativa erano insopportabili. Sconsigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel.

Swimming pool and a good rooftop sitting area with a view, is the main attraction of this place. Rooms are clean in general but beds need to be better and clean regularly. Staff speaks broken English and it's difficult to request for stuff. Location and price wise it's a good deal.

I stayed at 7Q Patong Beach Hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop infinity pool—the view of Patong Beach from there is stunning, and it’s a great spot to relax. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any questions I had. Breakfast was decent, and the poolside drinks added a nice touch to the experience. One minor downside is that the property is a bit dated in some areas, but for the price and location, it was still great value. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay near the beach with a fantastic pool view!

What you pay is what you get. AC not as strong. My room TV doesn't work. But very spacious. I had a stain on my bed.

Room 314 Thank you for the honeymoon decorations... Love it The 2 boys during check in very friendly... Everything perfect Except... The housekeeping knocked on our room twice before 12pm, asking to check out..... It's only few minutes before 12... I was pooping.... 😠😠
